My son (age 11) really enjoyed the February Half Term Online Coding Workshop with Code Kids last week. He was fully engaged and the week has increased his knowledge of Python using the Minecraft Education Edition game. Thanks to the team at Code Kids, who are really helpful, calm and patient teachers.

My son (10yrs old) has done 3 online coding courses with Code Kids this past year and he has loved them. There is a lot of content packed into each session, as well as a lot of fun. The teachers have been amazingly supportive and patient, ensuring all the children are following and understand what is happening - I have been very impressed by their skills and their enthusiasm! Whilst missing out on school and friends, our son has really looked forward to these sessions each week and learnt a lot of new skills - both in terms of coding and online interaction. So glad we started with Code Kids!

"The best thing of the holiday!" (11 year old) - My kids so enjoyed the Blackheath Lego Code Kids summer camp and seemed to have learned a great deal. Teachers and the quality of the camp was excellent.

My 7 yr old son took part in two online Minecraft sessions this Easter and loved it so much he’s doing another two next week AND joining the after school club! I was working in the room next door but he was completely supported by the course leader the whole time. Great teaching, easy to join and a great alternative if your kids hate sports camp as much as mine! Thank you Code Kids :)

My son's previously done in-person courses with Code Kids, and has just done his first online course with them. It had far better content than a similar course from another company, and it really excited & engaged him. He is continuing to work on projects even though the course has finished as it inspired him so much, and an unexpected bonus were the extra follow-on resources that were shared at the end of the course. We will definitely be booking him on more courses!

All three of my children, aged 7-12 have done code kids for a number of years and have always loved it. The online classes over the summer were fantastic. My youngest especially loved the minecraft coding. To me it feels like it makes the time they spend on screens so much more productive and they are actually learning. During the online classes It was also great to see how much attention they received from the teachers to make sure they always knew where they were up to in the lesson and check they hadn’t missed anything. Would highly recommend!

Code Kids were a life saver for our busy family this summer 2020. I would highly recommend these classes to every child. The quality of teaching has been very high and consistent throughout! This summer our 8-year-old did a couple of courses online (Scratch, Game design) and one week of drop-off camp at KCS and he absolutely loved it. During online lessons instructors kept children engaged for 3 hours and at the end of each class our son would happily show us what he created. He kept practicing on his own even weeks and months later. For online classes as I understood it there is always a team of teachers not just the one who presents and if a child has some questions/struggles or is up for an extra challenge they can go into a break out room (virtual one) and get some extra one to one support. Usually we like to offer our children a big range of classes/activities/providers and vary what they do at each school holiday, but this half term we are booking classes with Code Kids again without hesitation.

Absolutely superb coding club. Our 10 year old daughter had the most fantastic time on the Roblox beginners club. She learnt so much and couldn't wait for the next sessions! The instructors were amazing and so skilled at supporting remotely and had a wonderful approach. Can't recommend highly enough!

Over the last 6 months my son (7) and daughter (10) have both attended some of Code Kids' virtual camps and an onsite one. They have enjoyed these and are asking me if they can go again during future school holidays. Code Kids also recently hosted a virtual birthday party for my 7 year old and it was a massive hit! Code Kids had created a really fun Jurassic realm in Minecraft for the party and helped the children explore this and work together to build houses, etc. The children all enjoyed it and other parents have commented that it was a great party! I can highly recommend Code Kids!

My son absolutely loved his beginner Minecraft holiday sessions and said it was one of the best things he has ever done! Samia was so patient with the group and made the activities really fun. He was desperate to sign up to a weekly class. It remains to be seen whether he actually learns to code without the drag abs drop but I know he will enjoy trying!

Our son has really enjoyed Code Kids, previously at camps and more recently at virtual term time classes and half term sessions. He always comes out of the sessions excited about what they’ve created. He’s done Lego robotics, minecraft coding and scratch and loved each of them. Code Kids are really dedicated to making sure the children enjoy their sessions and finish with a completed, working project. A couple of times the team have taken the time to talk him through his code to make it right after the session has ended, so he is not left feeling disappointed. They genuinely want your child to enjoy the sessions and learn so that they can play and enjoy coding themselves in their own time. Our boy is happily creating a game he’s made up himself as a birthday gift for his Dad at the moment. He is VERY excited about it, certain is Dad will just love the game 😂

Code Kid's run really interesting, engaging and educational courses for kids. My son started with Minecraft coding and is now participating in Phyton classes which he really enjoys and keeps asking if he can sign up for more courses. Highly recommended Code Kids and now that courses are available online, it is also a lot easier to slot them into ones busy schedule.

My 10yr old son completed the online Roblox Game Design course today and really enjoyed it. Very patient instructors and a good variety of topics covered. I would definitely recommend Code Kids. We will hopefully be signing up for some Minecraft courses in the summer holidays.

Thanks so much Code Kids for a fantastic half term Roblox camp. Both kids (aged 9 and 12) were totally inspired and engaged all week. I wasn't sure she would like it, but she absolutely loved it and we have since done more sessions. The teacher is so lovely and patient with the kids, and the speed in which they learn is incredible. We have been searching for a Python and Robotics tutor for 1 to 1 lessons for a while now and even trialled a few but had no luck over the last year. We are so grateful and lucky to have found Code Kids to teach our son Adi. Their service, from enquiry with Samia to the actual online lessons with Nav have been 10/10 if not more! Nothing is too much trouble and they definitely go over and beyond for the student. The ideal tutor in Nav who is always out to give advice and help out of his own time always. My 10 year old son attended 2 courses at Code Kids in Feb 2020 and he had the most excellent time. In the first course he made his own games on Bloxels and in the second he made his own stop motion film. He really really enjoyed it and learned a huge amount. I have been sending my 7 years old daughter to codekids for 2 years now and it is by far the best coding club around. Teachers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their term time clubs and holiday clubs are fantastic: varied with a excellent ratio of teacher per child. She has tried different coding clubs but codekids is definitely her and my favourite. Code Kids is simply one of the best places to send kids to enhance their experience with technology at an early stage. Being a quantitative and technology professional myself, I absolutely encourage everyone to have their children learn the tools for their future. Sam at code kids is passionate, highly educated and trained. She is very adept at ensuring that her classes are not just imparting useful tools and penchant for coding and technology in kids, but also making the whole experience so much fun. I highly recommend Code Kids children courses to anyone who believes in technology and how it enhances our children's learning! By teaching our children robotics, coding, AI or creative writing now, it will help prepare them for the future in this highly tech driven world. My son absolutely loves the courses run by Code Kids. It allows him to express his creativity, it gives him a sense of achievement by bringing ideas into reality. It helps develop his problem solving skills and come up with his own solutions through Minecraft game / coding experience. Most importantly, the teachers are knowledgable, very helpful, patient and understanding. They are very capable of turning a technical and complex subject into fun activity for all age groups (starting from 7!). I cannot recommend them enough and I just wish they were more regular courses available in my area and I hope they are growing in popularity!

My nine-year-old daughter really enjoyed the Code Kids online workshops during the summer of 2020 - their expert guidance kept her attention and interest during 3-hour sessions every day for a week. Highly recommended.

Code Kids spent a day at our school running VR workshops with Year 3 and 4 pupils. Our pupils were full of enthusiasm and learnt so much in such a short space of time. It's a shame that the sessions were slightly too short but we look forward to viewing their VR creations on the Oculus Go headsets when you pop in again later this term. We were very impressed with the subject knowledge of the staff and they had a lovely manner with the pupils. They were professional and their classroom management skills were highly effective. Code Kids also run a Minecraft Coding club at our school, which is the talk of the playground! Thank you for helping us continue to develop our pupils' love of coding.

I sent my 7 year-old daughter to code kids and was amazed at the quality of teachers and staff. Never before have I seen a proper professional, with relevant qualification, as the instructor. I have seen the quality of some of the other tech camps and they're little more than teenagers teaching the basics to your kids. The effect that a proper teacher has on the learning of a child is immense which is simply not possible with some of the teenager/young staff that other tech camps employ. To top all of this off, their equipment list is fabulous and courses are very diverse and cater for different age groups as well as children with different appetite for technology. All in all, well worth the money and simply the best tech camp around.

My son has been going to CodeKids since he was 5+ yrs old. He absolutely loves these classes. CodeKids has become the highlight of the half term breaks for him. Samia, Naveed and the team are very knowledgeable on the subjects they bring up and syllabus seems to cater for the age group well and the children's abilities. The classes are well equipped with iPads, legos and gadgets for all and the students are kept busy throughout the day. They ensure everyone is engaged and follow through the days work. And we get prompt updates on what children were up to on the day. My son always looks forward for these classes as he knows he gains something new every lesson he attends and it excites him. Highly recommended!

He loves the classes and says that the time always passes by too quickly. Everything is provided, so we don't need to worry about bringing anything to the class, which is really practical for us.

I’ve found it really difficult to find clubs that both enjoy as they have such different interests, but this really hit the mark. Perfect blend of fun and educational, and they have both used what they have learnt several times since. Very friendly and great customer service from Samia too. Highly recommend!

Technological innovation has been a major topic of interest for many for quite a few years. As an engineer myself, I’ve always questioned how can we encourage “disruptive”, “out of this world” and “break through” thinking at an earlier age. Code kids is a one stop solution to get your child thinking from a different perspective. Getting my niece and nephew enrolled at Samia’s program helped in getting them to develop an inquisitive mind.
