A year ago I have no career, I was confused on what to do in life. I visited Impact IT Training , I spoke to them and immediately I knew I was at the right place. I took the Comptia N + and CCNA Routing a Switching course with Impact IT and the tutors were very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. All course and learning materials were provided and any questions answered in a timely manner. The classrooms are very comfortable and tidy and the Stratford shopping centre is just next door for lunch. The standard of teaching is very good and at very competitive prices compared with a number of other companies I researched running the same courses. A fantastic course with a knowledgeable lecturer in an interactive and relaxed setting. I recently attended a weeks intensive CCNA course with Impact IT Training. I am already employed as a network and security engineer but wanted to brush up on a few of my weaker areas of knowledge. I looked for a weeks intense course on this basis. The course was well structured, with excellent course materials and delivered in a way that was interesting and engaging. The learning processes included spoken lectures, demonstrations and practical hands on labs. Very happy with the courses and study material provided. I did not have any previous IT background before I started my classes with Impact IT. I have take following 5 courses with Impact IT. Fantastic experience at Impact IT. I received constant help and support through the whole process during my CCNA course. The tutor is really knowledgeable and approachable, and on hand every step of the way. I passed my CCNA R&S exam in first attempt. I will shortly be doing CCNP courses as well.

I did CCNA Routing & Switching, CCNA Security and CCNP Routing & Switching. I started in September 2017 and finished in April, 2018. What I love about this Training School is the professionalism and the flexibility. Although I paid for a combo package (which is cheaper), I was not ready to do one course after the other without breaks in between. The teacher Khurram was very understanding and offered me different times I could attend which suited my needs. I went to this Training Course with almost zero knowledge about Network, and today I already have CCNA Routing & Switching (passed on the 15 of March 2018) and CCNA Security (passed yesterday 21 of May 2018) certifications. Impact IT Training is also certified by Pearsons, so the students can do the exams there as well in a friendly environment. I never thought I could find a Training School where the teachers are genuinely interested in the success of the students like Impact IT. I recommend everyone to attend this Training School.

I have actually taken a course in February with IT Impact Training for Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 and the Instructor was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I was unable to continue my training as I was limited with funds and no work at the time. IT Impact Training was able to work with my budget and was very much happy. Impact IT has really helped me in my goal to switching my career to IT. The courses that they offer are really value for money as compared to what I have been offered by other organisations. The tutors (Noman and Islam) are really great in what they do and are reachable as and when you need. Brilliant instructor led training. I completed both CompTIA Network+ and Security+ with Impact IT Training led by Khurram and Nomi respectively. The course material was shared with the students before starting, which allowed me to skim through topics before the classes. The class sizes were small which allowed me to comfortably engage with the instructor and to ask questions on topics I was unsure about. The centre is located centrally in Stratford, with good transport links and plenty of places to eat during our breaks. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone with an interest in a career in IT.

Impact IT is fantastic place to learn the ever changing network syllabus. Before coming to Impact IT, I had tried a variation of tutoring methods and other companies offering the CCNA training course. At first? I did have my doubts about Impact IT just being another money grabbing training company. Boy was I wrong…. training with Impact IT has been an amazing experience, the tutoring style is really relaxed, easy to digest but very engaging. Thanks to impact IT and a truly fantastic tutor by the name of Khurram, I have gained my CCNA and CCNP routing and switching quilifications. Khurram was a great teacher and made everything easy to understand, focused on the important things you really need to know well. The course was structured beautifully with everything leading into the next subject matter as soon as they knew you had it understood. Will definitely be using them again for CCNP and some of the other courses they do. Never thought I would understand subnetting in a day, turns out one lesson was all I needed. If you want to pass CCNA book with them. The exam is still a real painful experience but if you listen to their advice, and are willing to put the study time in, you will have it in the bag. The best value for money training academy. Cudnt believe was paying for 4 certification's what other places were charging for 1. Did Comptia CCNA Win10 & Win Server12. The lecturers are ever so helpful and best of all very flexible with timings, and if for some reason I couldn't make it to class they were more than willing to give me alone a separate class so as to not miss out on anything. Due to the constant motivation by lecturer Mr Noman for the first 3 certification's I was able to clear my exams in the very first attempt. I for one can confidently say I learnt a lot and got the best value for money.

I have just passed my CCNA, and I am very happy. Impact gave me all the support and encouragement from day 1. I was advised to concentrate on learning and learning and learning. They would contact me to find out how I was getting on (no pressure). The exam, they said was the easy part. And so it turned out to be. I am now moving on to CCNA Security and CEH. By the way, if you have been out of learning for a while like me, then the COMPTIA N+ will help reorient you. And now I have a dream that in a few weeks time, I will be certified CCNA Security, CEH and CCNP. It will certainly come to pass!!!! My advice, listen and take their advice. Avoid shortcuts. Put in the hours, make use of your group.

I really can't believe someone that has no IT background passed his CCNA R&S in exactly two months. Two and half months ago I was thinking to make a change in my poor career life so I phoned IMPACT IT and I've spoken to Mohamed who has been very helpful provided me with the right informations and advices and I have decided to take up course I enrolled for CCNA R&S without even knowing what it means. I enrolled in the middle of June 2018 just after ramadan and by end of august 2018 I passed my CCNA R&S and now I'm getting myself ready for CCNA SECURITY.
