The most amazing pre-school. So supportive and and encouraging. They have really helped my daughter blossom. The communication throughout the pandemic has been fantastic. My daughter and son both really enjoy going and come back with fun stories about what they did each day. The outside space is fabulous as well. I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Hi,
My daughter started at Kintore Way nursery 4 weeks before lock down and then did not rejoin until April 2021. Throughout lockdown we where supported everyday with ideas on how to interact and keep my daughter learning new things through play, reading, experiments and fun. There where ideas for all skill sets. And they called to see how she was doing at home also.
When my daughter rejoined Kintore after 11 months of home learning she was supported emotionally as she had not interacted with other children and was keen to just observe the other children play and stay with the teachers. The teachers were very supportive and reported to me almost daily. My daughter loved it and would say so everyday even though I was worried as she didn’t seem to be making child friends at first just adults. I could email or call if I had questions and a reply would come almost at once.
We then had a half term and I was amazed when we received a big bag of science experiments. Which included great instructions and all the materials we would need to carry them out. We found this so helpful as we did not need to come up with ideas and did not need to go out shopping. Both my husband and I joined in and we had great fun creating art projects to use the materials given. So thank you very much for the donation to Kintore way. PLEASE CAN WE HAVE SOME MORE.
After just 2 months my daughter is now mixing with the children and making friends. She still does like being with the teachers when she needs some time out and loves a creative art project but most of the time moves around the activities from sewing, woodwork, mud kitchens and group time.
Not once has my daughter not wanted to go to the nursery and long May this continue. She has one year left.
We chose this nursery as we had heard great things. There is so much space and is spilling at the sides with creative things to learn through play. There is a sensory room and is all inclusive to all children which is very important to us.
I still ask for advise on any challenges I encounter as my daughter goes though different stages of development. All I need to do is ask. And a list of books and advise is given.
Thank you to all the staff at Kintore. Especially Laura, Danielle and Toyin as these are the names she talks about most
THANK YOU
Nicola

My son has been going to Kintore Way now for 2 years and sadly its coming to an end as he is moving up to Reception.
From the start settling in to the under 2's was very easy and then again transitioning into the 3-5's even with the restrictions Covid threw at them they managed to keep my son safe and Happy.
During Lockdown having my son at home and also being pregnant wasn't easy but we just made it fun with the help of his teacher Toyin who would keep in touch with exciting things to do and things she thought he would enjoy doing.
We made some great memories in this time.
This is a fantastic Nursery i would recommend to all.
I hope my other son will be going to this nursery when hes time comes.
Again thanks to all the staff.

My daughter started at Kintore Way when she was 2, she was very shy and didn't interact much with people she wasn't familiar with, now she's leaving to start reception and is a bright and confident girl, who is always chatting and eager to help. She has made amazing and positive relationships with all the staff and her peers. I know she will miss everyone there.

My 2 and a half year old daughter is currently at Kintore Way. She settled very quickly, and is very happy to go to nursery each morning. She likes her teachers and has made many new friends. The staff at Kintore are an exceptional bunch of professionals, and they are also greats fun, and have the children’s best interests at heart. My older daughter left Kintore Way a few years also, and her experience in the under 3’s and over 3’s sections of the nursery were both fantastic. I could not recommend this nursery highly enough.

If you want your child nurtured, looked after, encouraged to grow and learn in a safe and secure environment, Kintore Way is all of this and much, much more. Having had 3 children attend, over a total period of 12 years, we could not be happier with the care they have all received alongside the invaluable support and advice that we as parents have received over the years from all of the staff, from nappy training to food fussiness, their advice is always well informed and offered both freely and kindly. In terms of continuity, we are amazed that many of the staff caring for our 2 year old daughter today, are the same staff who looked after our (almost) 13 year old son from the age of 7 months in the baby unit (now closed). This is a clear indication, in an industry renowned for a high turnover of staff, that this is good place to work, that staff enjoy caring for the children, take immense pride in the huge roles that they play in the children’s development and also that management understand the value of this team, that they support and encourage them. This comes across in the welcoming friendly atmosphere that is always present at Kintore Way. The facilities are secure, spotlessly clean and well maintained, the garden area is always used to its full potential, the children have a wide choice of activities to undertake both indoors and outdoors and are encouraged to do so. Any achievements , however big or small, are praised and always recognised. My daughter loves it as much today as her brothers did 13 years and 7 years ago, it’s part of our family story, even I attended nearly 4 decades ago! I could go on……. but in summary, if you are looking for an amazing nursery, with the most caring, loving, encouraging and professional staff, who take pride in their role nurturing and preparing your child for the next step of their journey into education, primary school, you’ve found it.
