My daughter Durga is a so called ‘lockdown baby’. She had no social interactions before she started at Little Elm’s Greenwich nursery when she was 14 months old. She had a tough time during the settling period. The staff at the nursery was so caring and patient with her. Once she settled, she started eating a variety of foods and I could get her in a good routine. This would not have been possible on my own. I so many positive changes in her once she started going there. She became more independent and outgoing. She started enjoying her time there a lot. I will recommend the nursery, especially for infants. Thank you so much Little Elm’s!

Highly recommended! Lorraine Kara is an exceptional leader , who provides an amazing childcare and I have been so impressed with how child centred and focused she is. She plans stimulating and fun activities and takes the children out on brilliant outings and always encourage them to become independent. She has lots of patience and is the most dedicated nursery manager I have ever met. We have worked together for about two years. She demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of children and in keeping the nursery a happy place for them to learn and grown confidently.

I have worked at little Elms for 4 years as a room manager and third in charge and have had a wonderful time here, all the staff work really hard and well as a team and the management are always supportive to us☺️. The nursery is great and has lots of wonderful resources for the children to help them develop, and is great for us staff to plan and carry out activities with the children. The staff are always offered training throughout their time at the nursery which is very important. The nursery work really closely with the parents to ensure that we meet every child’s individual needs and make them feel in a safe environment. I have really enjoyed my time working at Little Elms and can say it has been the best nursery I have worked at they have helped me to develop and progress to where I am today and I couldn’t me more thankful x

I just finished my first two weeks at Little Elms and the Leadership team are extremely supportive and friendly. The Nursey staff are welcoming this was pretty important for me especially seeing how they settled my daughter into the robins room. The Nursey uses a key-person approach allowing my daughter to have a specific person within the room that takes care her needs and provides the emotional support she needs while setting.

My daughter joined the robins room last month was given a key-person and this helped her have a special person she trusted at the nursery. My daughter is happy and enjoys the fun activities provided especially the local trips to see the boats. The manager was friendly and helpful. Gemma the key-person is attentive to my daughter and the other children greets us with a smile.

I have worked at Little Elms for almost 4 years in various positions from Bank Staff to Room Leader. In all positions I have received training and support from the management team. I have come to the manager with ideas we can implement in the classroom and nursery to extend the children’s learning and these have been taken on board and the manager has brought the necessary resources to support the implementation. When I have asked to do further training the manager has also supported me with this. Having worked in other nurseries previously, I really like that this nursery really focuses on the children as individuals and supports them all in whichever ways they can to celebrate the unique child.

Little elms in Greenwich is a wonderful nursery, with the best staffs every single individual here is amazing, especially management here are absolutely wonderful, both Lorraine and Ranto are very understanding. I’ll highly recommend for anyone to get the children into this nursery such a lovely place. And all staff here will go above and beyond for the children.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Lorraine Kara . Lorraine is creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play , she is supervising activity-planning to make sure children's needs are met and likewise working closely with parents and/or carers, giving them a high standard of customer service, including regular progress reports. I would describe Lorraine such as being : positive and passionate , honest and empathetic, guiding and supportive , motivational and nurturing and beside all creative and inspiring .
