We are so grateful for the help that you gave us in finding a school for our son, without your help I honestly don't think we would have considered Lancing College. His early successes at school have really solidified our feeling that having moved out of London we have made the right move for our family. The services that Lumos Education offer were invaluable at a time when we were spinning many plates - moving house and all that involves and in uprooting our children from everything that is familiar. We really wanted to ensure that the move was positive and that our children were going to new schools where they would settle easily and not feel out of place. Johanna took away all of the stress when it came to school research, especially given that we were going through the process in the summer holidays! She took time to get to know us and our son and her knowledge of all of the schools in our new area is fantastic. I’m now starting to think about secondary places for my other son and didn’t hesitate to get back in touch with Johanna to help me once again. Once again thank you Lumos Education, I would (and have) recommend your services to anyone relocating school age children, or anyone who would like help in making sure that they are thorough in their schools research.

Johanna helped with school admissions when relocating from Singapore to London. We were deciding between state versus private and eventually decided on state. We moved over Summer. Johanna helped us with admissions through the local council and with the school. Giving us confidence there would be a place for our daughter once the school opened in Sept. We are a London-based family with a four-year old son whom we were keen to place into one of the primary schools at the French Lycee Charles de Gaulle. I came to this decision a bit late, after the first set of applications had been made last Autumn, and not knowing how to best proceed, I contacted Johanna at Lumos Education. Ms. Johanna Mitchell from Lumos Education gave a grate support to our family helping with our kids education consultancy and settlement. We have 3 children 16, 13 and 10 years old and we were in the process of moving to London when we found Johanna (thanks to good friends who recommended her to us). We are completely happy with the quality of her support and the way how she provided it. Based on our preferences she offered us big range of schools and we identified those we would like our kids to be in. Our daughter needed to get best scores in order to be accepted by one of the best private schools of London to do A level study and Lumos Education provided special tutoring for this purpose and this helped a lot. With our boys we had another challenge. We had very short timeframe and it was almost too late to get a place as most of schools have been already full.
