I have a three year old and a 19 month old at MTO, having both joined at around 10 months old. They absolutely love going to nursery - they have great bonds with their keyworkers and other staff. There are plenty of different activities for them to do, and the focus is on learning through play. My eldest daughter loves drawing and that has been encouraged a lot. There are PE lessons, singing and dancing, lots of themed activities and free play. They eat better than I do while they are at nursery! There is a lovely community at MTO, the staff are all welcoming and caring. The girls are excited to go every day, and what higher praise is there than that?

MTO is an excellent nursery with warm and friendly staff and a brilliant manager. Our son has been in MTO since he was 11 months, so has experienced baby room and has now also been in toddler room for several months. The atmosphere is MTO is friendly and approachable, with happy staff and happy children who are constantly amused by the range of thoughtful and educational activities that are organised throughout the day and are fed varied, home cooked, meals. MTO made the challenges of settling in much easier by being so responsive and engaged with our son. We have watched him develop his language and thinking significantly since being at nursery and we put this down to the activities and environment that MTO has created. All of the staff are fantastic with the children and our son is happy to see them every day that he goes in there. We could not ask anything more from a nursery and could not speak more highly of this nursery and its brilliant manager and team. Would recommend to anyone!

Choosing a nursery to look after your child is a big decision. Thankfully, MTO is a joyous place, with staff who go above and beyond to create a warm, caring and inspiring environment. My son loves going, and especially enjoys a banana from the fruit basket that is put out every day for the children. Can’t recommend enough and am so pleased we decided to send our little boy here 😊

My son has been attending MTO for over 10 months now and from the beginning the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Especially when my son was struggling with settling in, they made it easier and less stressful for both myself and him. He is now all settled and looks forward to going to nursery in the morning. The management team is very professional and helps out no matter the situation making sure my son is always taken care of. The staff always greets with a smile and the kids always seem very happy.

We started our son at MTO when he was 5 months old. I was of course anxious with my son starting nursery so young so had looked into many different local nurseries. Originally, I had planned to go with another nursery a bit closer, but after having registered are interest I tried scheduling several meetings/calls with the owner and she kept missing them without an explanation, apology - nothing. I was so frustrated and very close to the date needed to start, MTO helped me arrange an in person visit for both my partner and I (the first nursery to allow this), and were super helpful in accommodating us. They worked with us to make a really great settling in schedule which gave me time to get to know the staff, see my son interacting with the staff and children, and to feel really secure that my son would be well taken care of even though he was the youngest of the baby group and not as mobile yet. One of my biggest takeaways from my visits and settling in was how at home it felt at MTO - it truly feels like an extension of our own home and the carers treat everyone as family. Since my son has started, he has been shown lots of love and affection, he has had amazing opportunities every single day, and he has grown tremendously. The app the MTO uses to keep us updated is really wonderful and I'm always impressed by the variety of sensory play, activities, outings and more that the staff do with even our young babies. Every time I drop my baby off and pick him up, he seems so excited to be there and so happy. They also have an incredible menu and they keep us up to date of everything happening in the nursery.

Our nine month old son has recently begun attending daycare at MTO and he loves it! All the staff are so warm, friendly and attentive to the needs of the children. Every time I have been there it looks like everyone is having such fun. The chef prepares delicious food throughout the day and our son is now happy to eat different types of food that we couldn't get him to eat at home ;) To top it all off, the staff send us an email at the end of every day with a breakdown of the activities that our son participated in, the food he ate, his diaper changes and how he was in general. They also take a few pictures of him enjoying the activities and attach them to the message. It feels like we are there with him. We are so happy that we have found people we can trust to keep our son happy every day whilst we are out at work. Thank you MTO!

My partner and I viewed MTO as one of our options for our baby son, who was to be born later in the year. When arriving we were greeted by friendly staff and a very passionate manager, whom we were shown around by. It was a great lesson for us as first time parents...getting to know all the routines and procedures the nursery had in place. We learnt a lot of valuable information and felt comfortable with what was happening in the rooms around us. The children were happy and engaged in activities and the staff were pleasant and caring. Once we had been shown around the nursery we decided we would sign up immediately. The lovely manager kept in touched with us through the whole process. Finally, our son was born and we were invited for a second viewing. We were impressed with the amazing changes the nursery had been through since the last time we visited. Everything was made simple and we were treated kindly with a custom settling in schedule, which I was super happy with. We were able to attend stay & play sessions over a number of weeks to help with settling our son. We found this to be a great idea, as we got to see how the nursery operated on a day to day basis and watch our son interact with the staff and other babies. Our son took to the staff immediately and managed to settle very well and very smoothly. We receive daily updates about our son’s day and the nursery are always welcoming new and fun activities to engage him. He often comes home covered in paint and other messy resources, and we’d have it no other way. I can see he is having a ball...Well done to all the staff ensuring my child has an amazing day everyday. We can’t thank MTO enough for the work they do day in day out. We would never think twice about our decision to join the MTO family.💛

MTO helped our family immensely by taking on our children to provide childcare at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and nursery closures as their last nursery had to close. Both my partner and I are key workers and could not have continued in our jobs without this support. That our twin daughters have continued to learn, develop and started potty training in this time is testament to how supportive and well run the nursery is. The girls have built lovely relationships with their key workers which was important in supporting us through a family bereavement. They skip into nursery in the morning and it’s lovely to hear snippets of songs and games from their life outside of home. The only small drawback of the nursery is the lack of outside space. However, the girls do get regular varied opportunities at different play settings and activities (including park trips and yoga or PE on wet days).

Easy comunication, caring and professional staff, honest and open environment. Highly recommended. My girl is learning so much and enjoying all activities they offer. Very attentive to every child needs. We are very happy parents knowing our baby is with them.
