*edited to add; We’re now 5 months in and my son is as enthusiastic as ever. He has a great amount of respect for his instructors, and wears his uniform with pride. 3 weeks in, my son is absolutely loving it, and his school has already noticed an improvement in his confidence. I can’t thank the entire team enough for what they’re doing, from the instructors to the students, everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging. I wish I had found them sooner!

My two young girls started their self defence journey with Panther Taekwondo two months ago. The instructors, the students and the parents have been warm and welcoming. Panthers is a special hub in the borough where the children and adults can nurture their taekwondo talents and athletic mentality.

I was looking for a disciplined martial arts class for my 6 year old son who has lots of energy to burn. After 4 months, we have seen a massive difference in my sons attitude and his behaviour. He enjoys the classes and looks forward to them every week. The staff are professional and made my son feel very welcome when he joined in November 2020. I have and would recommend panther to any of my friends and family who are looking for a disciplined martial arts class.

I Have Been With Panther Taekwondo For Many Years, I First Met Them When I Need Help With My Son, He Was Always Getting In Trouble At School & Was Always Sitting Outside The Head Mistress Office & That Would Be Everyday, Most Of The Day. Then One Day When I Picked Up From School & The Secretary Looked At Me & Said That “My Son Would Not Come Out To Nothing In Life”. That Comment Alone Really Hurt My Feelings. I Knew I Had To Prove Her Wrong, Then Someone Told Me About “ Diamond Teakwondo” & The Classes Was At Lucas Valley School. On The Way Home I Stop At The School & Explained My Situation To The Teacher Of The Lesson’s & The Next Week He Started Classes. It Was The Best Thing I Every Did, They Really Showed Him About Discipline & Respect. My Son Left Primary School & Went To Secondary School Passing His GCSE & Level 2 & 3 in BTEC Sport, Got A Job In Marks & Spencer’s & Was Working There For 5yrs & He Served The Secretary & Her Husband One Day & She Was Shocked To See That He Was Working & When She Saw Me One Day She Stop Me & Said “She Was So Proud To See My Son Working & Her Grandchildren Was Not Doing Anything”. “They Say Never Bad Mouth Other People Children” My Son Is 25 yrs Old This Year & Him & His Friends Is Trying To Start His Own Cleaning Company. He Has Got His Head Screwed On & This Is Thanks To Panther Taekwondo, I Have Now Put My Daughter In To The Classes & I Hope That She Also Benefits From It As Well. I Am So Grateful For Their Consistent, Discipline & Respect They Show The Children To Make Them To Somebodies In Life ..

My son has been attending classes for the last 2 years, I was keen to get him into something that he really enjoys. There is a good mixture of boys and girls all the children participate in all the activities and are encourage to push themselves. Master Waine takes time out to talk to the parents and is interested in the children individually, the children are not lost in the crowd. My son had passed his grading and that was a very proud moment for me as a parent. Well done to all the team, very dedicated and committed to the children succeeding.

In response to the negative post aimed at Panther Taekwondo Catford. My daughter is now a 2nd Dan Black belt, whom has been with Panthers from the age of 8yrs old. If there is anything shady it must resonate from your own environment. Positive club with inspirational instructors.

My son has attended since 2013 with 1 year break and he was welcomed back like he never left. My daughter joined this January. There is a discipline and kids feel they are part of a team. Older kids are getting responsibilites to help the youngers, support each other and also learn how to defend themselves from bullies. Bad behaviour is not tollerated. Kids are learning respect to others.
