Point blank is an amazing school I am currently doing a 6 month course in completing Logic Pro X (online course) the support team have been really good at emails and helping me when I wasn't in best place, the Lecturers are brilliant. Ben is very skilled he can really answer alot of questions when it comes to producing, the whole website and use of the tiles in your profile all of it is a great set up and if you put the time and effort in you really will gain success! Im in my 3rd week and you learn so much in just 1 day! This is defo the place to be Im buzzing!

This school is fantastic! I’ve been a student for 1 year now and coming to PointBlank has been one of the best decisions I’ver ever made. The school is amazing, the equipment is new, and the studios available have everything you need to make hit song. The staff and teachers are helpful every step of your journey. Many times they have gone out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. They really have your best interest at heart and want you to have a great time at Point Blank. They have a great community by setting up mixers and social events for students to hangout. I’ve made some great friends here, who all love the program as well. Review of Point Blank Art of Mixing online course I just wanted to say I’m having the time of my life. I should of done this sooner! It’s a fantastic course and I am thoroughly enjoying every second of it. The teaching (text&videos) are well thought out, clear and concise. I have taken 4 courses from Point Blank Music School, and can say that I have enjoyed them all. Each course has been informative and has helped me progress greatly. My favorite part of part of Point Blank would have to be the DVRs because you are getting direct feedback from pros, that fits your learning style. The DVRs are great! Another great part is the tutors, every tutor I have had at Point Blank has be a joy to work with with! Currently studying a Music Production diploma and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to pursue a career in music. I have met so many likeminded people who I am sure I will be collaborating with in the future and who will be friends for life. The facilities are great, all the latest equipment - especially the DJ studio! And I didn't have any issues booking studio time. I think what made my experience even better was the tutors. Every tutor has been or are still currently in the industry and they teach/talk from their own experience which is priceless as you get honest feedback on the industry and how to make it. Also the on site staff are helpful and will always try and help you if you need it. Rob is awesome too, he's done and doing great things with PointBlank.. hopefully more great schools and partnerships around the world to come from it, I'm sure!

I am in my last week of the EMC (electronic music composition) course with Point Blank Online. This course has increased my ability to understand other people's music, utilize music theory, make use of the Logic pro x software, and write electronic music. Ski and Kevin K do a great job of presenting the training from many different perspectives. The way the course is designed you are constantly learning and immediately applying the skills via the smaller projects placed in the notes. This makes for a "hands on" learning environment. Just in taking this one course my workflow has come up multiple levels, become much more efficient, and I have a broader understanding of music production. I highly recommend this course to anyone who has a desire to get into a serious level of music creation and production. If you have the music inside you stop messing around and get the training. I have found what I was looking for at Point Blank. I have already enrolled in the Logic Pro production certificate program. Great course! Thanks guys!

Attended the Full DJ Course for 3 months in January 2012 and couldn't of been more impressed. I walked in hardly knowing how to even set-up a turntable (which was actually the first lesson he taught us) to leaving after the 3 months and being able to mix almost seamlessly! We were in a class of 6 which was a perfect number. I was hoping to be just on my own in the beginning for more of a 1 on 1 experience but in a group you get to talk about your musical interests and share your knowledge which was great! Ben our tutor clearly knew his stuff and was open to listening to all types of genres which was the case amongst the 6 of us. As the weeks went on you naturally felt yourself (with a lot of practice at home, which they cant stress enough) getting better and better. It does take time but you have to be patient. Anyone who is serious about learning to DJ, without doubt should think about this course. Highly recommend!!! I loved every minute.

I studied the Radio Broadcasting Diploma in 2016 and it has helped me no end! Having no practical previous experience in radio beforehand, I was a bit apprehensive coming into the course, but that was soon eased by all my tutors. During my time there I learnt skills that I am very happy to say now use as a freelance producer at national, local, and online radio stations. The tutors were patient, dedicated and more than willing to help where needed, and often went above and beyond what I would have expected them to do. I have to admit there were some minor frustrations whilst studying there, most of which I'm sure were due to the format of the course having just changed, and the relocation to a new building which was not quite finished when we got there. Thanks to the tutors and staff at Point Blank, I was able to change careers and turn my hand to something that I truly love and am passionate about. They helped me learn all the necessary skills, and pushed me to go much further than I thought would have been possible in such a short space of time! I met loads of interesting people there in both my course and on others that I am still contact with, and some I see regularly and even work with. A great place to study!

My name is Felipe and I’m from Brazil. My background was in jazz, bossa nova and brazilian music in general. I’m a saxophone player and producer, and I also play other instruments, such as piano, guitar. I currently teach music at a Brazilian Music School. I’ve taken the Art of Mixing Course in January 2018 and the Mastering Course in january 2019. The mixing course was really special, and I felt that I could really develop the tools I needed to better my tracks! Not only that, but the encouragement of the tutors during the 121 sessions was also really important to gain confidence to finish my own tracks and search for the sound that I wanted. After the mixing course, I felt I could really walk my own path mixing my own tracks!

The singing course at Point Blank was great, it really didn’t matter what stage you were at in your career, there was something you could take away from each lesson. Weekly performances of modern and classic songs really push you as an artist which I found really useful. Recommend it!

I would rate Point Blank 1000 out of 10 if possible and for many different reasons that I could be here all day and night explaining. The facilities, the students, the staff and the creativity and professionalism flowing through both of the buidings is absolutely phenomenal. Point Blank to me is so important and beneficial to my overall mind state and career guidance that after studying with them for 6 months I went back the next year to study a 3 year degree which I am now a year and a half into and absolutely loving it. Since then they have boosted me to platforms I couldn't even imagine. I always had an interest in music but I didn't know where to start. I ended up finding Point Blank Online, and joined the Cubase Production Course. All the courses in my country did not fit in with what I wanted to learn and this course had everything I desired. The course was layed out pretty well and my tutor Jon was amazing. He explained everything really well and answered any questions that we had. He even was able to teach us some production techniques of the different types of EDM we wanted to learn. This course provided me the basics of music production, which was exactly what I needed. Point Blank Online is great and I've recommended it to many of my friends and they also enjoyed it!

So after looking at Point Blank for awhile i decided to give it a go. I started a Ableton Live Course and have never had such an amazing time. With Freddy as our tutor and the Support of all the other members of staff you felt that no matter what you wanted to know or understand someone was there ready to help and assist and this was on every level from Administration to how to use Push/Max 4 Live/Ableton in any way shape or form. The dedication of the instructors showed me that the harder you work and dedicate yourself to music you can learn so much and help inspire people showing them your passion. Freddy took it to another level with his tips and tricks and ability to help everyone with everything they needed to know whilst helping everyone else. At one point in a weekly chat he was showing 4 people 4 things in depth and everyone learnt things that just unknown to them. I will be completing another course with Point Blank on Logic. I am now studying Audio Production and Sound Engineering as Point Blank inspired me to push myself further and further. I was gutted when i realised i couldn't move to London and study full time at the Campus, Hopefully in the future i will be able to. Remember to think about the investment into your future helps you see your potential and where you want to go. Point Blank is a massive Investment and i have never regretted it. As i discovered Point Blank music school, i was interested in taking a course but i was a bit skeptic about the online courses in general, i thought it was something like "here are some videos, good luck .. bye" I WAS WRONG! I took the Ableton Live 1 (8 week course) and i discovered that Point Blank online is a REAL SCHOOL and trust me "on line" in this case is a plus! Every week you gain access to a different “module” of lessons that consist of videos and written materials: lessons have always been “simple” clear and focused on a certain subject, making you feel you can afford the subject. Every week there’s an 1 hour master class with the tutor, he answers your question and expand the subjects of the week, than you continue to interact with the tutor through the forum Every 2 weeks you’ve to send an assignment and you will receive back a DVR, a video in which your tutor take your assignment and shows different techniques to make it sound better and more professional; you have access to all the DVRs of your “classmates” so you can learn even more looking at that. Then there is a tutor, a real producer, he is there to make things even more clear and even to “push thing ahead” in a different way for every student. Our tutor was Freddy, he was kind, friendly and purposeful but always professional and clear: it was a pleasure to see him at work on our assignments. Ending: I recommend Point Blank online courses as I will surely enroll for another course as soon as i can!

Where do I Start??? Having done the Point Blank Beginners DJ/Producer 2 week Ibiza course in June, It was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had, that I went back again in september for the 2 week advanced DJ/ Producer course! Not only do you get to study and learn about music in the dance capital of the world from these experiences, you also meet like minded people from all across the world that after spending 2 weeks with, you will class them as your family and will most definitely stay in contact with & thats including the tutors (who focus on making you learn what you have gone there to learn, but in a friendly down to earth manner without making you feel stupid about not understanding something or asking questions you may think sound silly). I feel very lucky & privileged that Point Blank Music School have organised these courses, I most definitely recommend these opportunities to anyone wanting to learn DJing & Music Production and to also help find yourself as a person, all at the same time spending 2 weeks in one of the greatest countries in the world with lots of sun, beaches, music & great people, What more could you want? :-)

I've been studying through Point Blank Online (PBO) for almost 2 years now and the experience has been phenomenal! I did not expect to become so educated on all the different aspects of music when I first start the course, from the basic theory to writing music for media to the business side of music. The tutors are very knowledgeable and the work flow on the website is a pleasure to work through. I've done courses elsewhere and the ease of use of the PBO website is the difference between night and day. The prices are also really good in comparison of their competition. I highly recommend PBO!

Well, where can I start? It was the best experience in my life, I met a lot of incredible people and awesome teachers. After that school I'm really focus on what I need to do for my music career, and you'll never need to use tools for doing something on your music, because you just know what you need to know. The courses are pretty thorough and the fact that you can use the studio spaces is great. For me it was great as I learn best in a classroom environment, used the studios loads and have had a lot of support and opportunities from the PB. It is pricey so it's best to research what course/modules will benefit you the most and if you think its worth it, go for it :)

The masterclasses are inspiring, the 1-2-1s are amazing, the tutors know exactly what they are doing, they are extremely friendly and helpful and the notes of the sylabus go in detail. My experience at Point Blank Online exceeded my expectations. I took the EDM (Trance/Prog): Ableton Live course, and my tutor was Tempo Giusto. I can happily say that the course was very helpful: the notes and videos were appropriate and rich in content; the forum discussions were constantly active; and the relationship with my peers was quite good. As for the tutor, he did an excellent job: the masterclasses were very interesting and he always answered to our questions; the DVRs were really helpful and enlightening; and he answered to all messages, whether private or public. It was an honor to work with such a professional producer. I can easily recommend this experience for anyone interested in electronic music production.

Pointblank is an amazing school, i took 3 of the online classes and it helped me flourish so much as an artist producer. The courses i took where genre specific or DAW( music program) specific. Producing Electro House, Remixing, Mixing dance music on logic. I highly recommend taking some course if your serious about music.

I am currently taking the Electronic Music Composition online course, and it amazes me by how my expectations have been surpassed. In my first few weeks here I learnt so much I'm constantly amazed by my current abilities - and all I see going forward is some serious progress. The support from the tutor (Kevin Kerrigan) is immense. It's invaluable when you have an established pro, almost at your beck and call, on any issues you have; and also the positive impact of their constructive comments and advice on your work, via the DVR, chart room, and forums, is something I had not really anticipated how important it would turn out to be. My only regret is not having taken these courses a lot earlier. I feel like a cheat, because the knowledge I have gained so far, and that which I foresee gaining in my remaining time here, is worth way way way more than the financial investment I have put in (which really is relatively almost nothing). I intend studying further in Point Blank, and I do have a few courses I am contemplating at the moment.

The Advanced Sound Design course ONLINE is really focused and professionaly made course with real professionals as Daniel and Chris. I had the pleasure of having Kevin Kerrigan (KK) as my tutor last summer in the Electronic Music Composition Course in Ableton Live. Very informative 4-weeks! I will now be taking a genre-based course this upcoming summer. What sets PB apart from other suppliers of knowledge-based music tutorials/articles etc. is the step-by-step approach. You actually end up with something in your DAW, cause you are constantly being pushed forward by practical exercises and bi-weekly video responses to your work.

I did the 3 month singing course with Phil Ramacon, the guy who wrote the old skool tune Buffalo Stance sang by Nena Cherry. It was a good all rounder, harmony exercises, music theory and song writing. Also met some fab people, was a good experience, good food to eat at lunch locally too. I recommend it! :-)

I did the intermediate and advanced production courses here in 2003 and i cant rave about how good both the campus and tutors are/were, I was lucky enough to be tutored under djesi and i learnt more than i could ever have imagined possible. I will definately retrain and 'yopup' my knowledge with the college again in the near future.

I took the Introduction to Music Production: Ableton Live course last winter and it covered all my expectations, I am from Mexico City and never studied overseas, I was a little concerned about the language barrier especially with technical vocabulary but my tutor (Nick Feldman) was really considerate with me and also with my classmates, the classes where really flexible for those that work and the location is also great, you are 10 mins walking from the buzz of Shoreditch and 5 mins to Hoxton Square which for me represents the heart of creative East London.
