I learned Spanish with Maria 1.5 hour a week in a group session for around 2 years, from complete beginner to an advanced level of Spanish. The classes were always friendly and fun and never felt like a chore to attend. Maria created good mix of theory and exercises and I didn’t really realise how much I learned until I was able to watch a movie in Spanish or talk with my in-laws . I am now planning a move to Barcelona for later this year.

Spanish student I have enjoyed being part of our small group of students Spaniards who have gathered at Melinda's house during the last year and a half. As a teacher Maria is flexible with dates and the work on the lessons draws on our variety, experience and knowledge of the language. The topics, materials and presentations are very varied using videos, books, newspapers and games. I hope that my efforts as a Spanish student have good results. results.
