I took their online course, where i got a private tutor. The tutor, 尚野口さん (Professor Nao) was a very friendly and courteous teacher, with very good English. The head teacher was also very helpful, although I forgot her name. I learned a lot and my Japanese has improved greatly. I understand a lot of basics and grammar now. Trying to understand Manga in Japanese has gotten easier, and listening to dialogue is not so complicated anymore. I hope to use them again in the future, as i enjoy the online classes. Makes me wish i lived in London. さくら大学、 ありがとうございます!

Very recommended! I have been doing private lessons for the past 6 months - each class is accompanied with a slideshow, well-explained and entertaining. I really enjoy the way lessons are structured and timed. Definitely can say tutors are putting a lot of effort and care into each class and know how to adapt to each student preferences whether it is emphasis on speaking/reading/writing! Suri, London Upper Beginner I’m enjoying learning Nihongo with Sakura Japan and would highly recommend their method of teaching, flexible style and high standard. My lovely tutor, Yuki 先生、makes each lesson interesting and informative and I’m picking up local knowledge and expressions as well as understanding more about Japanese culture. SakuraJapan organised a really pleasant Japanese event about Nara at the British Museum :) I really enjoyed it and learned a lot about Japanese history and culture. I later booked lessons and am on my 20th lesson now. My teacher is nice and my Japanese is getting very good! These teachers work really hard and are really caring. I saw one bad review left here and I am surprised about this since I have had a nice experience and even referred one of my friends who also liked it. Anyway, check them out to find out for yourself. For my though this is a 5/5 school.

I am Korean and was recommend by my friend and really like it!! I was doing lessons at UCL office of this school. But now lockdown TT so doing online lessons. I completed my beginners courses! :DD Next going to do upper beginners :) Teachers are very sweet and nice girls. I feel friendly to them :))
