As I’m currently working abroad my time at the school as teacher was amazing. I loved working with the students and I missed them already. We have an amazing friendly staff which I’m also keeping in touch with. The school has also given me an opportunity to complete my masters for school leadership. Who knows if I come back my role would be an SLT. Thank you for pushing and motivating me to work in this sector ❤️

I was lucky enough to attend this school, as did my sister and sister-in-law. We benefited greatly from the very caring environment that the school provided. We were expected to work hard but we were supported the whole way. We all took every opportunity offered to us not only in the classroom, but with the all the other activities offered. I joined several clubs at the time and loved them. The teachers actually took us on trips at the weekends in their own time in a special "Rambling Club" which I have never forgotten. We all found the teachers would back us in our endeavours and efforts to further education in every way they could. I was even helped to find a wonderful career with the help of one teacher in particular. The school was beautifully cared for and I have recommended it to many of my friends for their daughters. I still feel a great sense of pride at having been a Convent girl. If you want a caring school which will give your daughter every opportunity and offers wonderful facilities, then this the school for you.

This school is a very welcoming and warm place. Most of the teachers are really great and make sure you feel included in everything. The teachers can be a little strict but overall the school is a great place filled with great opportunities and a variety of extracurricular activities that are not found in any other school. My form tutor, Dr Patel is very welcoming and I feel as if I could go to her for anything.

This school has helped me in the best ways possible. The staff at this school work so hard to ensure we are safe and cared for every single day. The teachers spend hours of their time preparing for their lessons and teach with contagious enthusiasm. I am so glad I was able to experience 5 years of my life at this school to learn and grow and become an independent, kind, well educated individual. The sixth form offers an amazing support system, I am so glad I chose to continue my studies here. But most importantly, the students at this school are some of the most talented, intelligent, well spoken young women I have ever met. We are students. we are friends. but most importantly, we are a family.

It's an over 100year old building. Once had a beautiful chapel. It's history and the efforts placed by staff to improve the lives of young girls in the best way available to them.
Need to keep our history alive.
Good ol' days! 1985-91

I am a student in this school and personally I love this school, they help you to the best ability and lead you to the best path you can get. All teachers are kind and respectful, can be a little strict but that is good. Since I came to this school I gained confidence and improved on so many things I struggled on. Everything is organised and they give the best trips that you can't have from any school. Students are usually well behaved but sometimes there can be a bad day. If you don't behave they will give you warnings first then punishments as every school does and I think that fair. This school give so many amazing opportunities that you will ever have e.g. enter the Duke of Edinburgh, be able to go skiing in Austria for one week and many more. Do not give negative comments about the school if you haven't seen how it like and how well educated it is because this school is great and so is the headmistress, Ms L McGowan. I am proud I came to this school and I recommend anyone's daughter to bring them here. They will be very welcomed by everyone!

CJMLC is a wonderful school to be in. It has gave me confidence throughout the years I been there as a student. When I came here in year 7, I was welcomed with such enthusiasm and support that has helped me throughout the years of being here. The teachers here are amazing, they help you to the best of their ability. As for the school, the school offers loads of extracurricular clubs and trips e.g. going skiing to Austria for a week, loads of arts clubs such as drama, dance and art, etc.

My daughter is currently attending this school and I am very glad that she is having the opportunity to do so. It is a wonderful school and has high expectations for their children, which is amazing. My daughter comes home everyday , wanting to go back as soon as possible. The teachers are very helpful when needed but also allows you to be self-reliant. Homework is very well distributed during the week. Lessons are very well prepared and are challenging which allows the students to think. Also, the school gives the children a variety of choices for gcse’s, which is very important due to the children not having a small variety of options. In addition, school trips are well organised and overall very educational. Students are rewarded for good actions and deeds as well as punished. One thing my daughter loves is sports day, because the whole school is able to unite and support each other, just to make things even better the teachers also participate in the relay race, so students are able to cheer for their teachers. I absolutely recommend this school to all girls, they will exceed your expectations. Therefore your daughter will excel and become a powerful leader just as my daughter and many other girls in the school.

A great school with amazing achievements and grades in GCSE and A LEVELS. Highly Recommend this girl school. I had a great time on trips and making new life-long friends, the most exciting part of it all was racing to the canteen, to see who was the fastest!!

CJMLC is a wonderful school with students who are very enthusiastic about their learning. One thing about the school that I like is the amount of support a student can receive from the teachers. I am glad to be in such an amazing school with many outstanding members of staff.

This school is a great school which has provided a great experience for me for the past 4 years. We have a school parliamentry system which provides a voice for the students and debates are held on particular issues. The students articulate their arguments with such skill and this school certainly gives them a platform and pushes them to be the women who make a change in this world. I'd like to also give praise to the R.E department and especially miss maguire who has taught me for the past 2 years. She has such dedication to her job and puts hard work in her lessons and never fails to provide extra support if she feels we need it. She pushes and motivates us to the top grades . The R.E department as a whole has had an increasing number of students recieving grade 9s in R.E at GCSE and this is due to the great teaching! I have no regrets coming to this school and it has given me something no other school could provide me with.

A good school which provides opportunities and makes u confident and help grow well . During this pandemic this school has been very supportive and inspite of such a awful time the teachers were always there to help their students instantly and also takes strict covid rules to stop it's spreading.

CJMLC is a wonderful school. As a student, I feel valued and protected. I am proud to attend CJMLC as I know that I am getting the very best of education. CJMLC also has a very strong pastoral care. Students and teachers have a very strong and positive relationship. Students are immaculately behaved and are respectful to every member of staff. As students, we embody the characteristics of St. Claudine such as simplicity and love of Jesus and Mary. We are a very unique and diverse school with many different pupils from many different faiths and even with pupils of no faith. We live by our ethos and it is “With God’s Grace, We Excel and Lead”. The teachers at the Convent nurture us both academically and spiritually and for that we are very grateful as students and we recognise the efforts of our teachers and their good intentions. As students, the teachers support us in every subject to the best of their ability and they have high expectations so we are encouraged to aim high. Students are respectful to teachers and are always respectful to one another. I feel safe, valued and welcomed at school and I believe wholeheartedly that that there is something here for every pupil to match their likes and interests. I recommend this school for any pupil looking for an extraordinary school like no other and I do hope that in the near future we will see more students in the Convent to experience the joys of being at this marvellous school. In addition, some of the joys we do experience are the extra-curricular trips we are enriched with as a reward for our hard work. At the end of every summer term Year 7 and 8 are given the opportunity to attend activities week. This is 3 days of fun activities in Central and Greater London. The activities are fun, educational and well planned. We enjoy ourselves immensely and learn lot together also. Some of these trips include The London Eye and The London Dungeons- how thrilling!

As a past pupil of the Convent many years ago, I am so impressed on how this school had evolved. It was always a school to be proud of to have attended but I consider it has surpassed itself in excellence. Well done!
