I'm delighted to inform that we as parents of our child very much satisfied with the activities happening at Alphabet House Nursery, Didsbury Close. Our child has improved in several ways, from being independent and eating and doing her day today activities with pleasure and we do enjoy observing her singing songs and talking with us what she does at her nursery. I take this opportunity to thank the Management and the Staff who were very keen on child's behavior monitoring and well being. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a warm, caring and fun environment for their child. Our son joined the baby room at Alphabet House shortly before his first birthday and over the last year we have been extremely happy with the way they have nurtured, supported, and cared for him. We feel like we’ve really got to know the staff, even despite the difficulties posed by coronavirus. They are all very friendly and approachable, communication is always timely and detailed (both in person and via the Famly App) and the way they keep us updated on important development milestones, offer advice to help with areas such as independent eating and speech, shows they are experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Most importantly we can see our son loves the people looking after him each day and they clearly care for him too. He is excited to go to nursery and at the end of the day they have tales of fun to share with us. 2020 has been a very difficult year but as working parents knowing our little boy is safe and happy has been a huge support – thank you to the whole nursery team!

I would definitely recommend the nursery. Lots of thank you to staff in the baby room for their genuine care and support for my child. My little one loves going there everyday and has learnt a lot of things. During the difficult time of the Covid19 pandemic, the nursery is still able to maintain quick and constant communication with the parents with daily updates of the children's daily activity on the famly app as well as frequent update on your child's development. Very happy with the service.

Having viewed many nurseries prior to viewing Didsbury Centre (alphabet house nursery), my husband and I immediately knew this was the nursery we wanted our children to attend. The cleanliness, the well-informed teachers, the day-to-structure, the well-balanced meals - we couldn't ask for more! Both my children have been attending Didsbury and Canberra from a very young age. The staff have always gone the extra mile to help my children settle in and have provided great comfort to myself and my husband in the transition period. The communication between us and the teachers have always been positive and open. The staff facilitate many successful events, shows and outings throughout the year, which is very well attended by parents and carers. The staff keep us very well informed of our children and we feel happy knowing they are in a safe and happy environment.

Since 2017 joining the Nursery my daughter has developed in so many ways. She is more confident and balanced and looks forward to going to the nursery everyday. My daughter has had the most amazing time at The alphabet house Nursery – she has learnt to speak,do the actions to the nursery rhymes and interact with other people. "The nursery itself is a fun and bright environment and I think it provides the backdrop for more effective learning. My daughter loves the teachers very much and the teachers are very approachable for parents.They have many events such as ; animal fashion shows,art exhibitions,food markets and many party’s. Teachers Are very helpful. My daughter has had a very happy and positive experience.

My daughter attends this nursery, we are very pleased with the way she is progressing. Her skills improved, her speech as well . The staff is very professional and friendly and they take good care of the children. The facilities are great for the children, lots of activities, garden to play outside. The nursery is very secure , the doors are locked at all times and only the parents have access inside. Definitely recommend it!

My son goes to The Alphabet House Nursery School Didsbury nursery. He has good relationship with the staff members. The staff are very welcoming and approachable to talk to and they are very caring towards the children in the room. My son enjoys the variety of activities they have for the children to learn and develop from. He always talks about what he does in the nursery. The nursery has many events organized such as Art Exhibition’s, Animal fashion show, Eid party and many more. The parents/careers are always welcome to come and see their children. Well done to the Manager Noorul for always thinking of the children and us the parents.

Since new management took over I have seen a great improvement in this nursery. The involvement of parents is what make this nursery so much better, my child goes to the Alphabet hse nursery Didsbury. The staff there are very friendly and approachable. I know my child enjoys her time at the nursery as she is always eager to go inside the room and is happy to see her keyworker

Alphabet house is a great all round nursery. It has a large space with different sections and a great outside space that is safe and isolated from the public. They plan regular activities in the nursery related to a theme for the term i.e Rainforest. They organise regular trips which is great for the kids as it exposes them to different environments and people. I find that the communication is very good between the staff and parents as they provide a regular newsletter and constant feedback regarding the child. The staff are approachable and caring towards the children, there isn’t a high turnover of staff so the children can form strong relationships.

This nursery comes to parent's aid.The nursery has a program that helps us,working parents and is perfectly modeled according to the needs of our children and ours as parents. I would recommend this nursery since it does have good environment in terms of friendly staff, basic facilities, healthy food and nice learning opportunity for children. My daughter has learned a lot from the nursery in the time span of 4 months and hopefully she continues to do so.
