R. J.My daughter has attended this setting from the age of 2 and is now 4. I am very happy with it as a nursery and pre school. The staff are expert, friendly, hardworking and approachable. Both the range of activities and communication with parents is very good. I feel confident that my daughter is safe, well cared for and also having a lot of fun. She has formed good friendships with other children there. Her reading and writing skills have developed well from the age of 3 onwards. I would recommend this setting to other parents. I will be sad when we leave it!
K. v. B.My son has been attending nursery here since February and loves it. He is so excited to see his carers and it is visible how much they care for the children there. The management of the nursery is second to none and so personal. The door is always open to talk and ask questions. The daily reporting is great, I get to see through an app what my son does daily. I learn about his development and ot reports his sleeping, eating, nappy changes and pictures of the day also. I am very happy leaving my son in their care.
J. M.My son has been going to WVMDN since he was a baby; he's now almost 3 years old and it's been a fantastic experience. The staff are attentive, professional, creative and kind. These qualities are not only limited to the children but to the parents as well. The nursery also has a great online tool that shares all the details my child's day as well as photos.
J. T.The baby room team have been amazing at helping my son settle into his new surroundings. His key worker has been a vital part of my son’s care and he adores her. She works very well and supports both my son and us, as parents, so we are all on the same page when it comes to our son’s development. I can’t thank her and the team enough for the amazing work they do.
E. S.My 2 year old has been coming to this nursery for almost a year, and I am delighted with the place. The new manager communicates frequently and openly with the parents, and is constantly looking for ways to improve. The activities engage my son (they also offer 'jumping beans' and 'football' classes in addition to the regular routine) and he's always happy to be dropped off. I feel happy knowing that my son is well looked after while I am at work. The nursery staff are very caring, and the children's body language around them is very positive. My son has learned so much since starting this nursery (that I haven't taught him) and I am really pleased I managed to get a place here. I would expect the nursery to receive an Outstanding rating at the next Ofsted inspection.

Having our eldest daughter previously go to a Montessori nursery and Pre school, we were pleased when WVMDN opened near to us in Walthamstow. Almost to be expected, in the early months, there were a few issues that we took up directly with the management and things got rectified which is an approach we will continue to take. The manager and staff have things running really well now and it really has the feel of a fun and nurturing environment.
Our son is now at Pre School stage having attended the nursery since it opened. He has a great relationship with the staff, loves his key worker and most importantly has fun every day that he goes.
G. M.You may question the price BUT! you get what you pay for. After having our 2 children in this nursery we did at one point try a cheaper nursery as we felt the pinch and instantly noticed the decline in development of our children. No disrespect to the other nursery however, WVMDN have the trained staff with the Montessorian approach which focuses on the development of a child in the clean and organised setting necessary for that development to happen organically.
