Excellent customer service. Really really superb. The staff were excellent in helping me find uniforms for my children even though it wasn't in there store lol. Appreciate that effort in pointing us in the right direction really really useful. Would be a great benefit to everyone if we had more people like these in world

We as a family have been using WHC for well over 34 years. From my school uniform to that of 4 children Will and the ladies have always provided excellent customer service even for emergency needed items due to rips on trousers lol or lost items.

Absolutely fantastic shop!! Went in this morning and sadly they didn’t have the school jumper I was after in stock so I asked if I could have it delivered as I’d had a recent operation and still not very mobile. They said they would do that for me was great and I got told it would be around 5 days. Well! Someone just dropped it off at my door!! So kind of them!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I came in today with my daughter to purchase her first school uniform, my daughter was nervous about going into the store due to COVID. When arrived we was served by a lady called Eileen who honestly went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable being in the store and happy with the uniform she was trying on! Eileen was very professional in her work and had years of knowledge and experience! Thank you ever so much.

The staff were so helpful and supported her on her budgeting journey. When I called in store to see how she was doing, staff allowed me to speak to her on her phone. This type of assistance is the making of young people and has supported my daughter's transition into adulthood. She had been a little intimidated about going into the store alone. The staff are so so nice I left everything last minute and they completed my order with with ease and with personalised help. Here's the bit that shocked me I lost my oyster in there and they kindly gave me 10 pounds to get home I was shocked I've never known kindness like that I can't thank you guys enough I couldn't face walking home in that heat it was too hot I won't forget that kind gesture as it wasn't your fault at all and I never expected that kind of treatment absolutely crazy stuff but thanks so much would give 100 stars if I could x

I bought my school uniform here for the first time (secondary school transition for my son). The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient despite the shop being busy at the time. They provided washing instructions and we could take our time trying different sizes. A very good shopping experience - thank you!

I bought my sons uniform here in august for his new school and was very impressed with the service. Today I went back to buy another jumper and sports top, I had called the shop beforehand asking if there’s parking outside the shop and the very helpful man I spoke to told me if I parked in the road opposite and call the shop he would bring my purchases and receipt to me, and he did just that, thank you so much for going the extra mile. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought my daughters uniform last week. Going back tommorow with my 4yr old hoping Eileen can help with his sizing as he's a tank and don't fit, m and s, next, or tesco. Fingers crossed all goes well. I will re post if they can size my son as I'm sure I'm not alone on this issue THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE BIGS BUMS BIG THIGHS AND SHOULDERS.

Five stars for the lady whose name I asked while being served, Eileen! she was exceptional with her customer service and her reasoning with sizing of clothing for my son. Customer service and eye for sizing was spot on A+++ a very polite lady. I couldn’t say the same for other members of some staff, especially the young ones. They have no idea what they’re doing and lack professionalism.

The service here is above and beyond - friendly. courteous and super-helpful. When I accidentally washed my son's school uniform pink (!) a member of the staff hand delivered new shirts for me!! Amazingly helpful.

Fantastic place to buy children's school wear, always fully stocked and staff are very friendly. One time I wanted to confirm if they closed at 0530pm after I saw it written on their website as I was running a bit late so I gave them a call to find this out and also told them I needed The uniform quite urgently. The guy said he will keep the shop open for me until 6pm. What more can i say? Fantastic servive. A big thanks to all the staff there.

Local institution - kitted out our kids all through school. Friendly, helpful, good stock, decent value. Can be mad busy in August so we learned to get sorted a bit earlier usually which worked well.

Staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help. Pushchairs and wheelchairs must be left on the ground floor by the tills. It's best to get your child's sizes on one visit and pay on another to avoid exchanging if a your child has grown a bit. The store opens at 9:15am and is quiet until the week before school starts. Be prepared to queue for around 10 minutes when it gets close to term time.
