Such a good club. Every single member is welcoming and also a little demanding at times. Well, very demanding.... but that’s what I go for. Denise and her team are ‘top notch’ 😁 Would recommend to anyone at any level of fitness/ability.

Great friendly gym, very experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Returned to kickboxing after 15 years and so glad I did! Daughter also loving it. Highly recommended.

Well equipped gym; ring, bags, matted floor. Friendly and hard working, highly recommend for all ages and skill levels, whether you want to train to keep fit, train to fight or train to progress through the grading system.
