My eldest son is in Year 8. He is a shiny child(still 12) and very sensible, beyond his age. I feel that he is not happy in school. He never said so, but I know he is afraid of being bullied as he has seen fights in school. He is asthmatic and remains calm to avoid any mishap. He likes his teachers. One thing disappointed me, children are picked for. trips and prioritised on the basis of how needy someone is... ( if someone is attention seeker and trouble maker, he is needy). this is unfair. Overall school is nice.

I’m a student here at Burnage academy for boys and it’s the best school I’ve went to. Everything is so lovely and especially its diverse. Staff teachers are kind and especially the kids. They love to experience new things. The food in the cafeteria is like a restaurant. I think it’s a home to him and we are all a family! I recommend you to let your son come to Burnage

The staff is lovely and actually care about the education and well-being of the students. I was especially amazed to see an electric car (among other things) made by a student. Not to mention the exam results from students. Absolutely phenomenal! Highly-reccomend this fantastic school!

Excellent school, I heard its even better now than when I attended. The teachers push you and allow you to reach your potential. Yes there are bullies, but there are bullies in every school, however, the unity and brotherhood in this school is second to none. All races and cultures attend so its ideal preparation for the future in the real world. The teachers actually care as opposed to the supposedly top college which I attended in Cheadle for my A levels. Being an only boys school it allowed me to concentrate on my studies whilst my friends in mixed schools wasted time with girls and ended up failing. I'll never forget my time at Burnage, I wish I could go back. Maybe one day I'll teach physics there, I do have a degree in Mechanical Engineering!.
