Very professional organisation,,staff put you at ease,,my girlfriend who is from Thailand was very nervous,,but staff member made her feel very relaxed when taking her test

The staff is extremely nice and kind, i'm going to miss them all. The city of Manchester was very liveable and pretty, and my host family was one of a kind... genuine, kind people.
