R. H.Recently I had an issue with an order and 2 sets of lashes were missing. I contacted the team and they were so helpful throughout. They ended up sending me out a flutter sleeve which had 6 sets of lashes and was worth £60. Thank you so much guys, that was so kind of you and I am so happy with how the issue was handled.

A.Some of the reviews on here had me worried after I placed my order BUT I'm so glad I did! My order arrived within a week (to Canada) was perfectly packed (cute packaging too) and OMG the products!! I ordered the Cosmetic Paints (in Limelight, Salty AF, Extra Spicy and Ibiza) and the vibrancy and coverage is flawless!!! I'm no makeup expert and found P.Louise by accident on IG but I LOVE the versatility of the paints. So far I've used them as eye shadow (with a sponge) and mascara (with their #125 double sided brush) and it was perfection. I slept with my makeup on and woke up without a smudge! Also ordered the Rumour Eye Base (amazing coverage!) and Pigment in Silver Spirit (ultra sparkly and flawless).
C. R. D.I’m not sure about the quality of the products (although my colleague who I’ve purchased them for absolutely swears by them) but their customer service is excellent! After my order was cancelled, I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, that advised on the best shades available and also made sure it would be delivered on time for my colleague’s birthday surprise.
I’ll definitely place an order for myself soon!
B. 1.Received my order today from the Black Friday sale and feel a bit disappointed. Paige herself has been showing orders being packaged in specific Black Friday boxes yet mine just came in a flimsy envelope? Not too sure why the same packaging wouldn't be used for all orders when it was purchased during the Black Friday sale itself like many others. The lip liner is a little disappointing too, not really sure why the product packaging itself needs to be so big/long when the amount of product you get is so little? Seems like you're paying more for the plastic than the actual lip liner itself. (Picture attached is the lip liner at full capacity)

The Plouise eye base (shade 2) has become such a staple in my makeup transformations and the eyeshadows are to DIE for! They also train some of the most unbelievably talented Makeup Artists out there and I find so much inspiration from them on social media. I one day want to work with them in the academy because they are that much of an inspiration to me! So yes, this is why they deserve 5 stars!

But i can tell you i am a sinner, because my 1st 15ml base purchased for the 1st time i used it, i felt it wasn't enough, thats how amazed i was.So i went to plouise page and order the 30ml with the BASE'ic set. And for some reason a week later i check my phone super early, ut was around 5:30 am Pacific time. I saw checked plouise on Instagram and were having a 1 time promotion for the bigger base. I couldn't let BIGGER SINNER oportunity pass. On the Base birthday, i had to get the 330ml. Now i have more than a backup, endless opportunities and no worries to run out. Now I totally understand the so hipped product, its totally a game change on my makeup routine. Haven't been a day without using it. From those nonmakeup day to the day i really put more effort to my makeup. Can't stop using it.. 😍😍😍 totally recommend it. This base It's a must even if you are not a makeup artist.

M. L.Amazing shipping was DPD which is good you could see where your parcel was at and how long it had to take to get to your house. I already know that the base is good because of the reviews from YouTube. But I was not expecting this fast delivery. I didn’t expedited or rush it. I paid my 10 dollar shipping the regular way and receive it within two days. It’s took me three weeks to receive my products from Mac cosmetics and they are in the United States. E. T.I discover the brand 6 months ago and did a few orders since, now I cant do without it! The rumor Base is a must have I use it in all my makeup looks it make any shadows pop. I also looove the colored bases and have all of them, I love to use them as blush especially "Cute in Coral" and "Pretty in Pink". I also have all the paints and they are the BEST product for waterline, I neither have such a bright result with any other product and they last all day! I also try brow products which are wonderfull and I have 3 palettes, I already tried Wordlie the colours are really pigmented and amazing! I was surprised they apply so easily as blue and green are usually more difficult to work with.
And I also love how Paige Louise the CEO choose to do with her brand, she doesnt forget where she is from and is always helping people growing their business, showing fans gratefulness, helping the employees by working with them, etc. She really deserve the success of her brand ❤

c. h.I am in love with this brand no BS! Their base is life changing I just upgraded from 15ml to 330ml and I'm super excited! Even after 4 months my 15ml is still half full with constant use wow! And if you want to order their secret sinner palette please do I've created so many colourful looks, it also has some neutral tones which makes it a very versatile palette and can work for anyone. It does work best with the base but also great with other concealer e.g. revolution, nars, catrice to name a few! Great brand and very happy to support them :)

V.Been following Paige a long time now, and she has never disappointed me- her products are definitely up there with ABH, quality is absolutely amazing, i have her pallette and eyeshadow bases and i struggle to pick up anything else! The pallette is SO pigmented its a joke- a little bit goes so far! Have the same pallette from her launch in January and its still going! You’ll never have a problem with the brand, as although some emails get missed (hardly suprising with the thousands they get daily) Paige is the most giving person and will do her up most to help anyone, seen it too many times, and too many examples to list! Even when i ordered a few USB’s with the tutorials from a christmas offer, delivery was slow (which was out of PLouise control as they had an external company doing them) however she made it up to me (as usual) and chucked in a few free bases- the team at the academy were so helpful and friendly! Been using a number of different concealers as my eye base on my clients and I just wasn’t satisfied kept swooping between them all! Until I got my hands on the Plouise base, the shade I have purchased matches most of my clients skin tones which is a big help! No setting needed either the base works beautifully when worked in and eye shadow blends in so well, very impressed and this will now be a neccecty in my makeup kit! Can’t wait to try out the pigments they look amazing!

V. F.I received a package today, which was delivered by Royal Mail. The whole box was wet through, damp and covered in mud as whoever delivered it just chucked it over my gate. I contacted Plouise even though it was NO fault of their own, and they resolved the issue immediately and are even gifting me some goodies. Paige and her team are some of the most talented makeup artists in the entire of the U.K., obviously when they come out with their own line of products you know that they’ll know exactly what they’re doing but they’ve completely outdone my expectations! I have literally every product that has been released so far - the palette is stunning, super pigmented, minimal fall out and the colours are to die for. Because of the range you can go for something super bright and bold or something really natural so it’s such a great palette to have! The pigments are absolutely beautiful and so sparkly, and I’ve never had a product do as well as the rumour Base does, I use it for everything from carving my brows, brightening my undereyes, using as a shadow base and even using as a concealer under foundation every now and again. The consistency makes it great for getting precise lines so it is also the best product I could recommend for cutting the crease too!
Plouise also offer online training for those who can’t make it to the academy which is great for people like me who want to learn but can’t get the time off work. They really go into depth and take their time explaining so you know 100% what you’re doing, this is more than just a video tutorial and so worth the money!
All in all 10000% recommend! Xx

Didn't realise till later that it isn't just makeup but there's a super talented lady called Paige Louise behind that brand. P.P.louise eye base is a game changer! It really does live up to the hype, my shadows last a million time’s longer and apply so much better when I use this compared to the revolution conceal and define concealer (and that’s saying something as that concealer is my go to for face makeup). The colours just pop so much more I honestly don’t know how to put it into words what a difference it makes. Also paired with my fav bperfect carnival palette it’s a dream duo!!! I usually don’t leave reviews for products but it’s defo worth it and it’s made a staple place in my makeup routine. T.I've been using the Plouise_makeup_academy base 0 & 1 for months now and I can't do my makeup without them anymore. I need more of them!!! Where should I start? They are very opaque, full coverage and easy to work with. I applied them with both brushes and sponge using the Plouise1 revolutionary technique "pat pat pat in the product" and by patting you get the best coverage. Make sure you use a concelear brush because first time I tried the product I used a fluffy brush and it didn't apply as nicely and I didn't get the same coverage. The bases have a rich formula and feel tacky to the touch which scared me at first because Paige said you're not supposed to set it and I didn't believe that untill I tried it myself. Before using PLouise bases I've always set my base that's why I was a bit sceptical at first. I have to admit I'm impressed and obsessed now with this product as it makes the eyeshadows more pigmented and they stay in place the entire day. Also, my eyes do get watery sometimes and I found out this base somehow 'holds the tears inside' if you get what I mean. I used the shade 1 as concelear too and didn't have problems with creasing under eyes. Best eye base I've ever tried. Definitely recommend this product.

I've done all of the live online courses and learned so much despite already being a fully qualified makeup artist, her techniques are different to any other I've come across so it was mostly all brand new to me. Not many artists would be able to do a makeup live and get everything absolutely perfect time and time again but they do.

I did a course at an academy in Leeds and it’s not anywhere near as good as the work you seem from plouise. I quickly realized how different this one is. Paige actually interacts with her fans and supporters. It’s good for us to be able to be noticed by the company and not just feel like a buyer or a customer. J. K.I have purchased the Plouise Sinner Pallet, Basic Brights base set, Badda black base, and the ICONIC Plouise base in "rumor", and I can honestly not say enough good things about all these items. First of all her base is incredible. It allows any eye shadow to cling onto your eyelid giving off maximum pigment and pay off as possible, and is super easy to blend on top of (wet or dry). The same goes for the basic bright bases. All are such amazing colors that you can mix and match to create different shades. Using these makes me feel like an artist using actual paint tubes on my eyes. The black base is also the blackest I've ever seen, great for a smokey eye look or that perfect black winged eye liner. PLUS the brush that comes with it is the best dang brush I've ever used for doing a cut crease. Lastly, the sinner pallet has the most beautiful colors and probably the best formulated eye shadows I have ever used. I only wish that I had purchased her older eye shadow pallet so I could have a wider range of shades in my collection. Love Paige, love her brand, and love what shes doing in the makeup industry. Would highly recommend. :~)

I have had online tutorials, I Ordered all products to build my kit. Especially made up with how amazing the base is and the fact it comes in so many shades.
Some people who send negativity need to realise and understand that they are a massive business and and inundated with requests and requirements. They couldn’t do more to help everyone. On 2 occasions I have personally spoken to people at the academy and they couldn’t be more helpful.

The base is literally a dream to carve out the brows & to create the perfect blank canvas to create the ultimate popping eye look. Y. L.Rumour eye base is worth the wait!! I just wanted to say that the rumour eye base is the best eyebase that I’ve ever used for dramatic makeup. Its not too creamy or too dry, it gives me plenty of time to place shadows on because it doesn’t change texture when it sets. It makes my shadows true to colour and it makes my shadows extremely vibrant! My favourite part is that I have hooded, monolid eyes and my pigments didn’t transfer as much into my gel liner. Worth every cent. Considering that they are a small business they still always make sure to reply to me on email and Instagram which I appreciate.

The way the classes are run is so efficient and professional! e. k.I am in LOVE with the eye base. I have tried other eyebases like the one from ABH and Makeup Revolution but they are just not as good! The base is sticky without being too sticky and thats what I love about it. I recently ordered the Secret Sinner palette and bundle of pigments and I cannot WAIT to try them!

D. W.Done a few of the online courses now, winged liner, beginners course, ombré liner and some additional paid tutorials. I love how the training is so easily accessible and affordable. If I've got a spare hour (such as waiting for my daughter at her dance lesson!) then I can literally jump on the iPad, and soak up the knowledge! It's amazing how much Paige packs in to one session. There is also a fantastic support network via Facebook, the tips and training that Paige has given me have literally changed my make up game. Really impressed with the kit building advice too, as well as product lists for looks and professional step by step PDF's. A lot of the items Paige uses and recommends are extremely affordable, and she has shared many money saving ideas and discount codes which has really helped me. I'm really looking forward to my next course (Asian Bridal), and I've got a 1:1 on my Santa list, so fingers crossed I will be going to visit and train in person in the New Year! 💋

Y. Y.I don’t know where to start, I’ve purchased a few of the online classes, and I’ve learned more in that few minutes than I have in my lifetime of watching YouTube videos ! I LOVE how she shares the product info & how detailed the Online Tutorials are.
I purchased the Rumour Base and I love the consistency. I tried every concealer & primer possible only to crease later on, or not get the colors poppin’ like how this does or just not get an even blend! To come out with something that’s already on the market & just dominate the whole damn category, you guys are amazing !
As for shipping, they are a growing business & it is international, it might get held up in customs so keep in that in mind before listening to anyone saying they just steal money.

All the staff are so so talented, the standard of the work they produce is out of this world. Definitely look up to every single on of them, as people and as artists. This is what makes Plouise stand out from other brands. They are more than just a brand, they are kind genuine giving women who encourage and guide their followers and students. The bond and interaction between the plouise family is one you will NOT find anywhere else.
I’ve only just managed to get hold of the plouise palette and base. I’m going to be completely honest, when I’ve been reading other peoples reviews I thought “hmmmm well ok we all want Paige to succeed here so obviously we’re all going to say it’s great” but I was not prepared. And I feel like the worlds biggest idiot for waiting so long. I got the base in 0.5 and it’s the perfect shade for me, I only wish I bought more! The consistency is everything you need in a base. Not too sticky, not dry, doesn’t crack - it’s SMOOOOTH! Perfect for prep before eyeshadow, carving and concealing the under eye. Also you only need the tiniest amount so it will serve you well.
THE PALETTE. I HAVE NEVER FALLEN IN LOVE WITH A PALETTE UNTIL NOW. I fell in love with the packaging to be honest, didn’t want to open it for a while but hello pigment. I’ve always heard people say “you only need the tiniest amount” and this is no joke, the pigment payoff you receive off just one swipe is insane. And the colours blend so seamlessly. The pans are a very generous size, and the mirror is an added bonus. I don’t know how she’s done it but she has and I can’t wait to see what else she has up her sleeve! I promise I will never second guess a purchase again, it’s blown my mind 😂 I haven’t purchased the pigments yet but I intend to when I can, and guarantee I’ll be buying everything from the new collection. 110% has been put into their current collection, amazing quality and although in my opinion the price should be more for the quality we receive, I’m so grateful that the price range is realistic to what most people can afford, therefore making it available to everyone.
I haven’t yet been to the academy myself, but I’m yet to see one negative experience. Everyone always seems to come away full of positivity and ready to start their journeys in the make up world. The fact they’re now offering qualifications such as VTCT and apprenticeships is something I wish was available when I went to college! Surely every girl’s dream to become qualified IN PLOUISE STYLE. Insane opportunity!

G. G.Well I honestly can't recommend plouise anymore then I do! I've been using her base for some months now but I decided to do the 20 week pro gold course. I'm into my second week of learning and I'm amazed at how much I've learnt so far.
I did a Mua course earlier this, which I tuck a student loan out for £5000 and I walked away feeling unconfident and unsure. But just 2 weeks in with Plouise and I've learnt so much and feeling more confident! I can't wait to go to the academy next week everyone seems so positive and friendly! L. A.I haven't been to Paige's academy, however -we use all of her amazing products at the studio. Paige creates makeup with make up artists in mind but it can be used by everyone. The famous base really is all that it's cracked up to be and more (it certainly doesn't crack) 🤩 it creates a smooth blank canvas for any eyeshadow. I recommend buying the base plus her base'ICS kit and also her stunning box of eyeshadows, all work very well together. I love how base'ICS takes away the need to pain stakingly pack on loads of shadow. It's genius - it all is 🤩💗xxx

I. M.I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’m currently on week 9 of my VTCT level 2 with the academy. I’ve been doing makeup for 2 years on myself and never found the confidence to take on bookings till I did this course. I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder which is a type of depression. Because of this I was pessimistic anc negative within myself. Not only has this course transformed my makeup game, it’s transformed myself. Paige’s upbeat positivity has honestly rubbed off on me. She’s so kind and friendly to everyone and so down to earth. The girls that work there are so genuine which is really hard to come across in the makeup industry. They are all so welcoming. The first time I went inside I was afraid and nervous but I realised I didn’t have to be. Everyone there is a family. The girls are all so patient and are always there if you need advice with anything. I love doing the P.Louise live courses so much too because of Paige’s positivity. Honestly I’ve actually stopped hating on myself and I wake up with a better mindset. If you’re some who wants to improve your make skill or straight up your way of life I would definitely 110% recommend doing a course at the academy. Especially the VTCT because you get to come all the time. If you’re unsure do the budget live courses and have an insight to what Plouise is all about and I can guarantee you will pick up more techniques than a whole year at college. Paige’s advice was to set small achievable goals and that’s key to being positive. And that’s what I’ve been doing. D. M.I attended the academy very recently for a 2 look full day training. The academy inside was decorated to such a high standard it was like stepping into a boutique hotel. The reception staff were friendly and chatty and put me at ease straight away. I flew from Scotland to attend training so had high hopes for it being worth my while and they blew me away with there talent and teaching techniques to help me pick up the processes. I have to say hands down best training I have ever had! Will defo return near xmas time for 2 different looks. Highly recommend for new, existing MUA’s and also just lovers make up.

After having an issue with my first delivery due my inputting error of address I called and the staff were so helpful and understanding and sorted the issue out straight away. I cannot fault anything... the girls are amazing. I had hanah and emmy teach me amazing technique training and the 6 looks i learned where out of this world. I stepped out of my comfort zone with these & the girls made me feel so at ease, their gudiance and calm approach made me feel very comfortable. I got on really well with everyone and i felt right at home there. Just from my 3 days experience there i felt like i could work there forever. Since arriving back to ireland im missing the academy but my business is certainly busier. I highly recommend. And ill definitly be returninh for further training. 😚
