Great training centre, I've had all my AAT exams for level 2, 3 and now 4 in this centre. It's easily accessible in the city centre, all staff are professional yet friendly, respond very quickly to any booking emails and make you feel comfortable at the date of your exam.

The process of booking and sitting my AAT exams at Pitman training is a breeze. The online booking system is very easy to use, the staff at Pitman Training are always happy to answer questions and attending an exam is easy. I recently completed the Graphic Design Diploma online course with Pitman Training. The staff were very welcoming and supportive from start to finish, and with the online format allowing me to work through the various courses at my own pace, it was ideal for fitting my studying in around work and other commitments. Doing the Graphic Design Diploma with Pitman has given me a great foundation to build from, and has certainly enabled me to undertake my current job within marketing more effectively. I would definitely recommend the course to anyone new to Graphic Design that would like to enhance their competency in using the industry standard software programmes and general understanding of the profession.

Due to working full-time I chose to do a distance learning medical secretary diploma with Pitman Training. I have used Pitman Training before for centre based training but this was my first time using their distance learning. Distance learning with Pitman is a great way to update or gain new qualifications to help with job applications particularly if you are changing careers. I liked the one-on-one support which was great in keeping me focused on the time scale for completing my diploma; any time I emailed Eva with a question her response was quick. If I hadn’t made contact for a period of time Eva would always check in with an email or phone call. The advice and information I was provided with in my original enquiry, as I wasn’t sure whether to go legal or medical secretary route, was detailed and I was given clear guidance on how to tailor my diploma and time to think through my decisions. The support from my individual learning coach from initial induction right through my course Kept me motivated while distance learning. I have managed to not only complete my diploma well within the 12 month deadline but also secure a post within the NHS. This means that I now have real job security as well as options for progression and further training within my health board. I honestly do not think, particularly in this current climate, that I would have secured an interview let alone my job without evidence of my commitment to study to enable my career change as well as being able to demonstrate new skills relevant to the roles I was applying for. Distance learning can be difficult but you do get a lot of support with Pitman Training.

Currently completing Virtual Assistant Diploma course and it is very informative. It has definitely opened my eyes to the world of Social Media and I have been updating my platforms with what I have learnt. Being able to complete the courses online at the weekends, when I am not working has been advantageous and also, during Covid. The team has been remarkable, very friendly and are available to answer any queries. Communication has been on point too via email, phone and video chat. I've been typing in my job role for over 25 years after doing a very basic starter course at Mackworth College in 1993. However, I have never been tested & after considering a career change at the age of 50, I thought it would be a good idea to officially find out my typing speed. The Typaz Speed course via Pitman Training Centre was excellent, all the modules were very easy to navigate, and I soon saw my typing speed and accuracy improve. My course tutor Eva was on hand to help whenever I needed help or support. I'm hoping this typing qualification will help me achieve the type of job role I want!

I have been studying the medical secretary course with Pitman Training Manchester and have found this a very helpful way to learn. I can come into the center or study at home. The flexibility of being able to learn at a distance and at a speed that suits you is especially helpful if you have commitments such as work, family etc This course covers many areas that really do prepare you for work in my chosen field. The center is a smart and comfortable place to work in and the facilities are very good, being able to use the kitchen facilities if you need to and tea, coffee and water available if/when you like. All the staff (course supervisors) are super friendly and more importantly very supportive and helpful with any questions/queries you may have. If you do encounter difficulties they are always on hand to help find a solution. I especially want to thank Jen, Becky, Eva and also Leah for helping guide me through my course and giving me much needed encouragement. I would absolutely recommend Pitman Training to anyone thinking of learning a new skill/s.

I applied to do the Medical Secretary Diploma with Pitman Training. I found every member of the team were so helpful. I started the diploma only to find that due to work I was unable to finish modules on time. So I rang up and Jennifer and Leah made a time table where I finished most of my modules on time. If I needed any help or making sure I was completing things they would always be there. I cannot thank the both of enough. They respond to queries quickly and if I needed to change dates for coming in to the centre they would be fine about it. Thank you so much for the support and help.

I am really enjoying my experience at Pitman Training Manchester. Every question has been answered so quickly and all the staff have made the process very simple and enjoyable. This is an amazing training centre where you can learn so many things and make your career. They really offered variety of courses..good environment secondly it's totally flexible this helps me allot especially when I'm having weekdays shift I can study anywhere at anytime I, myself is doing IT and Networking Technician Support. One more good thing is if you're choosing to do some comptia courses you don't need to pay for their external exam fees anymore. Your payment is already done by them you just have to let them know when you're willing to give exam... I feel comfortable with this learning centre

Undertook the ServiceNow CSA exam in February. Interior of the building is in good shape and very nice to look at, don't take the lift, have a walk up the stairs! Welcome from the staff was lovely and a great experience overall. It's in the centre of Manchester, so there can be noise from outside, which is unavoidable without serious sound proofing. I passed, so 5 stars!
