Excellent coaching!! I come back week after week and after every session I feel like I'm progressing more and more!! One-to-One's don't get much better... I've done a lot of these with lots of different companies/people - GreenLightPT's sessions are head and shoulders above the rest! I let the figures do the talking... I took 1 minute and 50 seconds of my 400m time since working with GreenLight and am currently training with them to go sub 5! Highly Recommend!!

I recently had a 'Swim Clinic' with Adam from GreenlightPT in Milton Keynes. Since then my swimming has come on leaps and bounds and I would recommend him for Swimming Coaching or any other form of Personal Training. I will be using him again in the lead up to my Triathlon season!

A year ago I could just about swim 25m front crawl. After a swim clinic in the summer and participation in the Thursday evening training for a couple of months, I managed 2000m front crawl last week. Great training sessions with a first rate coach.
