C.Amazing. OG Combat Academy is a welcoming group for anyone regardless of abilities. The instructor Manny is patient and guides you through everything you are unsure of. Felt comfortable straight away in a safe setting. I did self defence class and would highly recommend.

D.I have practiced all kinds of Martial Arts over the last 8 years but after being a student of Silat Sharaf within OG COMBAT ACADEMY for over 6 months now I feel like I have learned more than I ever have and my skills and confidence have improved massively. The price is just right too. In a lot of clubs you'd pay £10 per class which would mean you'd end up paying £120 a month however instead you're getting 3 classes a week for half of that price with 3 bonus Personal Coaching thrown in and considering the high level of skills you learn this is a bargin. Very effective, confidence building and great for full body fitness.
S. N.Excellent martial arts academy with a great teacher. Very effective street defence and more formal/traditional martial arts. Its difficult to find good Silat (Indonesian/Malaysian Martial Arts) training in the UK never mind in Tyneside, this is a rare gem. I have learned a great deal and continue to do so. Hopefully see you there.
N. B.This mornings workshop was so good and intergral. It was a beautiful combination of physical self defence for women along with emotional self defence. Very important in these times. Thank you Manny OG 🙏
