J. C.Excellent, professional and welcoming. Great environment for children. My son had a 121 introduction and loved it! I was looking to help my son with confidence/ anxiety and we had tried so many other activities but he just wouldn't entertain them. I was recommended solo I was amazed, the understanding about child development. On Our 121 the coach showed us how programme will help and I'm happy to say we enrolled and looking forward to seeing my child grow with confidence while having fun. I would recommend solo the programme , my son is so excited for his session and loves the solo ninja he said is going to be. Super happy parent.thank you.

R. B.Parents, if your child is struggling with social anxiety or self confidence, please visit Solo! I visited with my son, age 5, I wasn't sure how the 1:1 induction would go as he is crippled with anxiety since starting school, but I was desperate. I saw the ad on Facebook and thought it was worth a go - Solo have exceeded my expectations hugely! All the coaches are lovely, but Dee in particular has really tuned in to my son to try and help him in the areas he needs. It is still very early days for us, but the change I've seen in him already is so wonderful. At the first class he was in tears and refused to participate at all, but Dee worked with him within his boundaries and took it slowly with him. At the second class he was still upset but he took part and even earned a certificate! At the third class he demonstrated a game to the other children!! I thought it'd be months before we got to this stage! As I say, still early days, but I have total confidence Dee and the team will be amazing for my little boy.

Already this meeting has had a profound effect, and she proactively mentioned the need to take responsibility for her kit, the importance of respect - I am so impressed and cannot wait to see her grow and develop further under their able guidance!
E. H.My son has just had a fantastic 1-2-1 session with Sensei Dee to establish what he would like to work on in his life and how to improve his confidence. I can’t recommend this enough for anyone who is worrying about their child for whatever reason. Sensei Dee related to him more in 5 minutes than I have in weeks. He was buzzing after the session and said he wanted to stay! Can’t wait for his next session…
J. K.Solo Kids Academy is just brilliant! My son has been going to classes for about a year now and he loves it! His confidence has grown so much, he can concentrate on tasks better and he’s made new friends. The coaches are really good at encouraging the kids and developing their social, emotional and physical development.
R. G.I Just got my son enrolled for physical fitness, to build confidence. I got recommendation from my friend. I have to say it is the best decision I have taken. My son is so happy and excited for the next class. For the first time he went to bed on time, no restless sleep. It is the best decision I took and I will continue taking my son there. I highly recommend solo martial arts for kids and adults.
