Chris is fantastic…if you are in need of speech therapy, forget the NHS and call Chris. He isn’t pushy for business, gives you the time to think, knows his stuff, takes time to listen, and explained things clearly to us. Every session is also followed up with an email, and resources if needed. Our son had next to no speech when we started with Chris in February 2021. By September 2021, by the time Lukas started school he was already understandable, and is 1000x better a further 7 months later. He can now speak in sentences and is clearer than ever thanks to Chris and his magic, though rein-forcing what you learn in each session with your child when Chris isn’t about is massively important. Only then will you get the result your looking for. This was a massive learning curve for us as parents. Thanks so much Chris, it’s been fantastic working with you. Lukas has totally enjoyed his sessions and has benefited ten fold from them. 100% highly recommended and we will look Chris up again without hesitation if we are ever in need of Speech Therapy.

Chris has been amazing, in such a short space of time he has given my little boy the confidence and support to develop his speech. After the first assessment Chris took his time to explain things to myself and followed this up in an email with some amazing reassurance. Chris has been patient, understanding and has at times really put my at rest. Archie has loved his sessions with him as they have been fun but with a focus on his targets. Chris has given us targets and support to continue to working on Archie's speech in between sessions. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone that is considering speech therapy! Chris was great and very patient with our son M. M genuinely enjoyed working / playing with Chris whilst improving his speech. We had poor support from the NHS with a long wait before any lessons actually started and comparing the NHS lessons with Chris approach is like night and day. We continued working with Chris until eventually M was discharged from the NHS speech therapy, although the full discharge took months we noticed results after just 1 lesson with Chris. We highly recommend him.

We contacted Chris 9 months ago to help our then 3 yr old with some of his speech sounds and overall clarity. Chris made the sessions fun and interactive so my son looked forward to doing them. During this time my son has made leaps and bounds with his speech which has in turn helped him with confidence, friendship and school work. He can now be understood easily by others which is brilliant! Chris also adapted to providing Skype sessions during lockdown so we were able to continue to support my son and make progress through that very unsettling period of time. Chris worked with our 5-year-old daughter who had problems making S and F sounds. We'd waited more than a year for an NHS appointment with constant delays and were able to get assessed by Chris within a few days and start regular sessions thereafter. Over the course of a couple of months Lorelei has progressed really quickly and now has no problem with these sounds. Chris adapted well to Lorelei's needs and progressions in each session and engaged with her in a way that she really enjoyed - using games and play to support practice. Lorelei thoroughly enjoyed her sessions with Chris and this also made it really easy for us to bring more practice into her daily routine as she was finding it fun rather than a chore to undertake. I can highly recommend Chris - he had a great rapport with our daughter, helped her progress rapidly and exceeded all our expectations. I'm really glad we gave him a try as it's made a huge different to our daughter's life and we've seen visible increase in her confidence as a result as well.

Our son Harvey has been diagnosed with a speech disorder when he was nearly 4 years old, we searched for a speech therapist and came across Chris, since starting therapy with Chris in June 2017 Harvey has come on leaps and bounds, his vocabulary is so much clearer and he no longer gets frustrated when trying to get his point across and so much more confident. Chris’s sessions are structured around Harvey’s abilities but Harvey feels like they’re constantly playing although he’s learning, he loves to see Chris and can’t wait for his next session. Nothing’s too much for Chris and he always gives us materials to work with, he’s also a lovely person who makes you feel at ease. We highly recommend Chris and don’t feel Harvey would be so far forward without Chris’s help, we can’t thank and recommend Chris enough.

My nephew was only saying a handful of words and was getting quite frustrated when I contacted Chris. Chris provided excellent advice, activities and support to my family. He worked brilliantly with my nephew who can now use a lot more language and finds communicating much easier. I can't praise Chris' input enough.
