Just done my 3rd CBT with these guys. I had Ian today and what a great guy. Patient and very knowledgeable but you could also have a laugh with. We started in a school playground so we could get used to the bikes the spent a couple of hours on the road. I had a great day and would highly recommend to and 1st timers or experienced rider.

The training provided at Top Notch Training is awesome. Alison was great in getting back to me really quickly to organise all the bookings and overall the team are fantastic! We had Zack for nearly all of our training from CBT to Mod 1 and Mod 2 training and he is brilliant! He puts you at ease as soon as you get on the bike, builds your confidence and we had a laugh along the way! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Top Notch Training!

In short, Top Notch are fantastic and I would highly recommend them. I was impressed with Ian, Matt and Zac who worked us all hard but were also patient and supportive throughout. I had never sat on a motorbike before but by the end of the day I was comfortable on the geared 125 and completed the CBT. Zac took two of us out on the 'on road' portion of the training and was very helpful in giving good feedback - it is clear he is having fun but also takes the training seriously. All the gear was provided, just remember to bring some food with you to the actual training area (they will take you there in a car) as otherwise you'll be hungry by the end of the day! Cheers guys, I am now buying protective gear and looking into getting a 125 to get some experience on!

Went for cbt training 24/07/22 and was helped out enormously by the the training team. All were great but special praise to Ian who helped with my confidence issues. Would recommend to anyone,I travelled 90 miles to them and so glad that I did. Thankyou all

I highly recommend Top Notch Motorcycle Training I done my A2 progressive course with them and couldn't be happier as all passed now! Thanks you Zak & Ian I've learnt alot I would recommend them to anyone looking to get there licence!

Great training school, experienced instructors, Zac and Steve were amazing, got me through both mod 1 and mod 2 first time even though I was really nervous. Alison is a great point of contact for arranging training dates, really helpful. Highly recommend this training school.

Just completed my CBT at Top Notch yesterday and had a great day. My instructor for the day was Ian Woodley who was very easy to get along with and soon puts you at ease. Quite a relaxed teaching style and gives you plenty of time to keep practising on the bike until you get to grips with the various manoeuvres. I would thoroughly recommend Top Notch and when I book my Direct Access course to get my full license, it'll be with these guys.

Really knowledgeable trainer, the only thing that let the training day down was the lack of space in the manoeuvre training as this was done in a small yard. Couldn't fault the rest of the training though, it was "top notch"

I completed my 2nd CBT with Top Norch on 4/4/21. Absolutely brilliant day it was myself and 16yr old. The instructor was fantastic he was friendly and very patient he made it easy to understand all training, practical and classroom. The ride out was great we spent a lot more than the minimum 2 hours out on the road to ensure the young lad was absolutely safe to be out on the road. I couldn't be happier with the training gicen and would happily recommend.

I first came to Top notch to do my CBT, pre-pandemic. 18 Months later, I took my direct access and given that I hadn't riden in that time, my instructors were very patient and I passed both my Mod 1 and 2 first time. All of my Direct access lessons were one-on-one and I appreciated the support hugely.

They certainly have the name correct “Top Notch” From the initial inquiry to taking my course all the staff were friendly, informative and professional. The bike provided for training was brand new and the cost of the course was definitely the most competitive. Paul was my instructor and he was brilliant.
