Training at the Rolldeep Academy has been by far the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only am I learning a new and important skill to my personal life, being self defence, I’m also adapting a sense of a new life style while making new friends/family. It’s a none judgemental environment, everybody helps everybody regardless of their level of skill or circumstances outside of the gym. Really enjoy being here as much as possible.

My daughter started here roughly a year ago after 5 years of Karate. She absolutely loves it here. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. The progress all the children have made in their confidence, skills and fitness has been fantastic to watch. The children can choose to compete in the local competitions as well which they all have an amazing time at. If you are thinking about giving it a go, I would definately recommend trying here first.
