Have received great instruction here from the trainer's for snowboarding. Lessons were informative, fun and sometimes wet. Some areas look a little tired. Good for skiing, snowboarding, toboggan run and snow tubing.

Massive thanks to all staff and their effort for the kids camp during the holidays at Christmas 2022. A little extra thank you to Bree, Curtis and Joe who were directly involved with our daughters aged 9 and 6, very attentive throughout bringing them back up to speed when skiing. They are both looking forwards to the next camp when they visit for the day!

Easy parking. Friendly staff, enough to do to keep the kids occupied for a few hours. I thought the prices were on par with other similar places. Service a LITTLE slow in the cafe upstairs and the hot chocolate we order were served luke warm, but to be fair, they did knock them off the final bill.

Took my little one for the first time today. We had a lot of fun doing the activities. Was only 2 reasons I didn’t give 5 stars! The tube session was about 5 mins late starting cause they let the last group do one extra run each even tho their session ended. Ordinarily I wouldn’t care but we were told to arrive 20 mins early (not needed!) and it was freezing and wet, 25 mins is a long time to wait with a freezing cold 5 year old! Also I’m the least fussy person ever but the food was atrocious! We couldn’t eat it! The activities were fantastic though.

We had my twin girls 7th birthday here and it was amazing. The kids all had so much fun and it was run smoothly with helpful staff. The party food afterwards was great and I would thoroughly recommend this for a kids party.

We had fun doing the rubber rings, toboggan run and Viper drop. The staff were helpful and friendly. The whole area was quite run down and needs a lot of TLC. Such a pity the owners couldn't have spent lockdown refurbishing and renewing the surfaces as it would have been a lot better (and got more stars!)

Daughter had party here. The snow tubing was brilliant. Well worth the money. The lady that helped us there was great. Had such a laugh with the girls. However the tobogganing was rubbish!! Very slow, kept getting stuck. The lady who was doing it had such an attitude, wasn't a good experience. We then did the viper run with the fun staff member & this was fantastic. Lot's of laughs from the party. Food was not great, as very small portions, especially as they had had a tiring couple of hours. they were really hungry & only had about 4 chips each with their few nuggets! Ice cream was a tiny spoonful. Ideal if children very young, but older kids want bit more food! 🤔 Would not have a party here again, but would definitely return for the snow tubing.

Boys had good time but the food let it down as I had a party for 11 year olds and they didn't get much food, 6 chips and the pizza was simply 2 pieces of French bread with tomato ketchup and melted cheese. Not good value for this age group

The only ski alternative without snow but it's not the same :-( but when needs must. Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly however a few didn't quite hit the mark!

Visited with a group of Brownies and did tobogganing, sno tubing and viper drop staff were very helpful and attentive. Girls had a great time even though it rained. Food was good. Would definitely recommend it Brownies can't wait to come again. X

I can't comment on anything other than the ski lodge as we went there for a 'comedy night' which is held on 1st Friday each month. The bar seemed a bit pricey but the entertainment was great and we had a good evening out. The food was good quality, small bar menu but adequate. Friendly staff and good service.

Great place, I go here quite a lot... Great food, bar with amazing views! and lots of events like comedy night, great activities for kids and adults and really welcoming staff. Definitely worth having a look

My husband and I had a 2 hour snowboarding lesson last week with Alex and he was so good, we’ve booked another 2 hr lesson next week!! He was very patient, has very good communication skills, not at all patronising and he explained everything in terms us newbies would understand! His enthusiasm and love of snowboarding is infectious!! We had a really fab time and can’t wait for our next lesson😃

Boys liked it despite heavy rain. Ski instructor was absolutely brilliant and taught them loads in an hour. Would definitely draw in loads more customers with replacement mats and a good tidy up of the site. Certainly a good start for children to practice on before skiing abroad on the real stuff...

Took my son there to get him snow ready and really happy with the his progress under the expert tuition of young James, the instructor !

I started off with going a couple of sessions with the ski school to try out skiing and i really enjoyed them the Female instructor was Ace (i forgot her name). But if you really want to get ready for your 1st skiing holiday i would go 1 to 1 you will Pick up the basic skills faster. I had two one hour 1 to 1 lessons with James i told him i was off on my 1st ski trip in 52 hours time, I need to be able to do be able to at least green runs on my own. He pushed me really hard I improved very quickly he is great guy and a fantastic instructor. With his advice i took three 1 to 1 lessons on my trip as well and i went from greens on the 1st day to being able to do some Reds 4 days later. All thanks to James giving me very solid foundation to build on. I plan to carry on my skiing training now i am back from a fantastic holiday at Plymouth Ski Centre

Too expensive. Helpful staff, although the little ones need more time talking through the equipment, especially the bindings. Two members of staff per six children is advisable. Thank you

Good friendly staff but failing the kids on little technicalities to get an extra lessons worth of money out of us before they could go to level 2 was a bit sneaky... Were not made of money and that should be taken into account before you take the piss... Also the ski surface here is more like astro turf than the traditional brush type material and its awful to ski on and pretty much impossible to snowboard on.

Fun way to spend a couple days of hours. Snowboarding and skiing lessons available... Private or in groups.... also toboganning, Sno tube and viper slide... All said the toboganning is the best part... But had fun on all. There are machines for drinks and snacks and a coffee bar upstairs. Would definately return

Kids loved it £29 for the whole day with lunch included and they got to do snow tubing and tobogganing as well as teaching them how to ski or snowboard. Outstanding service highly recommend ✴:-)

used the slope today for an open session, snowboarding, was a bit disappointed. firstly there are lots of mats that need replacing and the ski lifts had a lot of handles missing. Needs some investment and a bit of work to get it up to scratch. It used to have wax mats but they are now missing.
