My daughter Luna has been with Kumon Caversham, run by Abida Sayeed, for over three years now. She has gained so much knowledge and confidence through Kumon and the support offered by Abida and her team. She has mastered many tricky maths subjects she used to struggle with, thanks to Kumon workbooks, putting her at an advanced level at school. I couldn't recommend Kumon enough for children seeking to simply learn the basics of maths or wanting to master subjects and attain advacned levels. The centre manager, Abdia, really goes out of her way - including delivering and collecting workbooks during lockdown - to offer support and advice, day or night. We're definitely sticking with Kumon for as long as needed.

I want to share my heart-felt thanks for Abida who has immensely supported our kid in his learning journey. Not only does Abida take extreme interest in the kids' welfare, but she also gives some really innovative ideas to parents to get past the problems they are facing while helping the kid with learning at home. Fantastic Instructor I was very skeptical to put my daughter in Kumon because I thought there’s a prerequisite that kids have to write. Abida made us feel very comfortable and instilled a lot of confidence. Within a month of joining, my daughter who couldn’t even hold a pencil, confidently traces and counts by herself. I was worried my daughter may not sit and learn in the centre due to her attention issues but Abida is so friendly and has done a fabulous job already. My daughter loves going to the centre, Abida gives special attention to her needs and is incredibly patient even on days when my daughter takes a few seconds break after each page. She is extremely kind! I’m so happy with the progress that we are also going to enrol for English. I’m extremely happy with Abida and the materials provided by Kumon. School also appreciated that my child holds pencil correctly and does simple tracing activities.

I can’t thank Kumon and Abida enough for setting us in the right direction for achieving good scores in 11 plus exams. Kumon provided the foundation for my son’s mathematics. He became very confident in Maths after doing the numerous sheets/homework. Consequently his accuracy improved. Kumon has certainly helped us and we are keen to start the class again to continue the learning journey.

I was looking to bring in some discipline for son, and Kumon has helped in doing that. Although the techniques are not extraordinary and work is repetitive, however I feel regular work and discipline helps children definitely.
