My children have been happy at Portswood Day Nursery for the last 4 years. I have two boys who bounce in everyday and have great relationships with all the staff. They come home and show us all their art and other projects. I believe the nursery is preparing my eldest for school well. The kids tell me the food is good. The price is fair vs other UK nurseries, the caveat to that is that fundamentally the British childcare provision is poor, and therefore nursery is an expensive endeavour across the board. Many thanks to Trudy and the team, Lottie, Piper and everyone else who has had so much to do with the boys over the years.

I truly love how professional this nursery is. I feel rest assured whenever i drop my kids off and my kids have grown to love this nursery so much. My son loves this nursery so much that he quickly obeys if told, we weren't going to take him to nursery whenever he's acting silly. He talks about how he loves painting, drawing, building and playing with friends in the garden. My little daughter comes home singing nursery rhymes, turning pages of her story books and pretending to read out and always cheering everyone up just like her key workers in nursery. Portswood day nursery,bright horizon i will say,is a great nursery to choose, when thinking of an early year child progression and development.

The nursery have coped brilliantly this year, making sure my child feels happy and safe all the time. He loves being there and has built really good relationships with the staff and other children. The food is great and the facilities and toys are excellent.

Westwood park is a beautiful nursery and has real character from the beautiful bespoke building ,All of the staff are lovely and so helpful.My child started in the baby room in June and has recently transitioned to the toddler room which was a smooth in house transition all staff where amazing and he's has made great bond with his new key worker in no time. Management are great and never have any issues and enquires, extra sessions are answered in no time , and always with a smile.

My child started in the nursery room in February and since being at Westwood park has come on leaps and bounds. The staff were amazing at settling her in and it is fantastic that they offer up to 8weeks of settling in sessions. This reassured me massively and put me at ease with my return to work knowing she was fully settled before starting. The staff go above and beyond and she has developed a close relationship with her key person. It is a nerve racking experience choosing which nursery to put your child in and who to put your trust in to looking after your child, I am glad I made the choice to put my daughter in Westwood park and definitely recommend.

Trudy and Louise have always given me the best of greetings on my four visits to the nursery. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was seeing the lovely relationship the children have with their carers. Also the food smelt and looked delicious. Their new pre-school room is also looking great. All in all a superb nursery from my point of view.

westwood day park is an amazing nursery.. they are very caring towards my son and he is very settled and really enjoys his time here .. a little more expensive than other nurseries but it's definatly worth the money .. quality care given by all staff at the nursery.
