This is a wonderful friendly group, with the best instructor I have ever known in any form of fitness. If you are considering this, it's worth putting in context that a month of training and instruction is cheaper than one session with most personal trainers and will gain you many more life skills.

A nurturing, friendly instructor and family orientated environment. The instructor is always developing, by attending seminars from other instructors around the world. With a silver medal from the European Championships being one of his many achievements, he clearly knows his stuff!
