The staff are always helpful and communication is very good. Most years I'm very disorganised and end up ordering at the last minute at their busiest time, but they still get the uniform very quickly, either immediately or within days. Last year I ordered the uniforms and one item was out of stock for a week or two. They immediately called me to let me know and arranged to deliver this item separately (no extra cost to me) so that I wasn't waiting for everything else. It's a nice surprise when companies approach you like this and keep you updated rather than waiting for you to contact them. I'm happy to support this local business. They're working hard to make buying uniform as stress free as possible. They always get what I need quickly plus feel like they value the customers so I always recommend this place to anyone asking about uniforms for schools in Burton.

Website easy to navigate and order what you need. They offer home delivery or the option to pick up your order at the shop. There is a little carpark behind the shop for customers to use, which is handy as the road outside can get quite busy. Staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me when it came to collecting my order. I'll definitely be back for all my children's uniforms. *due to covid-19 they have dedicated opening hours for order collection and are asking people to telephone before they arrive. Sensible really and was not at all a problem*
