M. P.For those looking to learn jujitsu then you have the opportunity to learn from some of the best, including the UK's number one Bjj grappler, Ashley Williams. Whilst the gym area has a good selection of cardio equipment as well as free weights. In addition there is comfy cafe area should you just be looking to relax and great coffee to boot. Catering for all ages, the gym has a relaxed and friendly feel, with staff being very friendly and helpful. The place to go to learn a new sporting discipline, exercise or just relax with a great cup of coffee.
a.I came to train with the Draig pro team for a week and loved every minute. Having visited a lot of gyms both home and abroad, I can confidently say the level of Jiu Jitsu is up there with the best. The room is full of focussed, skilled and helpful training partners. Couldn’t ask for a better place to improve.
