I decided to begin a career in IT and after some research I decided to go with Pitman Training. It was a pleasure meeting David and Nichola, they have been amazing from start to finish and genuinely care and want you to succeed in your career. I really enjoyed going into the centre and completing the Technical Support Diploma which has given me essential knowledge and a good understanding of IT fundamentals. I'm happy to say that I have been accepted on my first technical support role thanks to this diploma and the guidance and support from David and Nichola which has allowed me to kick start my career in the IT industry.

I could not recommend this training and having tutors like Nicola and David enough! From start to finish they helped me a tremendous amount. They explained everything in detail and really took the time to help and it was a pleasure meeting them. I completed the Sage 50 training, it was straight forward and everything was explained via the platform. It was a quiet space where there were no distractions to bother you whilst learning. Nicola and David reassured me that I was doing great throughout the course and if I was confused on a topic or needed assistance I had no issue in asking them as they made me feel so comfortable. The course has 13 modules which explains everything step by step - this course has now given me the confidence to succeed in my new career. If you are thinking of doing this course.. I 100% advise you should with Pitman Training 😊😊 Nicola and David are wonderful people, welcoming and so easy to talk too. Thank you so much!

I enjoyed my time training with Pitmans Swansea, they are all amazing people, helpful, understanding and treated me with respect. I was nervous going into this due to my anxiety, but felt like I was at home from day one. I am going to miss going in for training as it brought a joy to my life for the time that I was there. They answered any questions I had no matter how silly they sounded, giving me the explanation in a simple form so that no miss understanding took place on my part. Getting to know David, Nichola and Amanda was a joy and interactions with them was just like being with friends. Other students there were also good to get along with and was nice to be treated with a smile and a wave by them as well. I have sat all of my Level 3 AAT Exams at Pitman Training. From my very first exam, both Nichola and David have made me feel so relaxed and are both so welcoming and friendly. The exam sittings have not been overwhelming at all thanks to their positive and friendly attitudes. They make me feel so at ease. The centre and equipment is also very clean - I couldn't recommend them enough. Very professional and very accommodating. They are happy to help in any way they can. Completing a professional diploma through Pitman training was such a rewarding experience. Despite the pandemic restricting access to on-site training, the online platform and materials provided, along with the prompt communication meant I could complete my qualification without any issues. I can't praise Dave and Nichola enough for the support they provided during my course- answering my many weird and wonderful queries quickly, and with complete understanding. I was impressed with the detailed supporting materials, the variety of learning platforms used and to top it all the lovely certificate package I recieved on completing my qualification.
