We went out for my sons birthday. Booked tickets online. We booked 1 hour flicksters and 1 hour jump. The Jump was cheaper in the last hour than normal price. We used the cafe upstairs , food was great. Kids loved every second there. Will definitely go there again. In fact my brother is hoping to book his sons birthday there already. The manager Reece was very friendly when I enquired everything over the phone so 10/10 for that.

We had our sons 9th birthday party here and near enough everything was really good. The 1 hour bounce is plenty enough time, the party food could be a bit better portioned, we had Beth as our party host and she was lovely. The only down side I'd have to say and that's why I've given a 4 is they have to bring the cake in and not allow the parent to do it. All in all a good place, clean and tidy. All the kids had fun and that's what it's all about isn't it. Thanks again guys. 😃😊

Visited AIRea51 with my wife and grandsons for the first time recently. AIRea 51 is a trampolining experience and I was very impressed with the range of equipment and for me the safety of use of same. The age range covered equipment for the very young to adults. The very young had their own little area that was to one side of the general equipment. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. On a mezzanine floor that provided an excellent viewing area also housed a cafe serving drinks and via an Internet link meals could be ordered. The toilets were clean. There was plentiful car parking available. At the time of visiting, charges of £10 for 2 hours per individual was the admission. A really good entertainment.

Had my daughter's party here, our host was great really attentive made the birthday girls day with the excellent interaction. The Marshall's and reception staff were really polite and helpful. well organized party room was lovely and clean. We opted for hot food option and all the party guests enjoyed it. Overall was a really pleasant experience and we will definitely be returning.

I took my little one to a birthday party, and while she was at the party, we took our other two little ones for a bounce. A fairly well-maintained place. All the trampolines seemed in good condition, along with the padded safety mats around the side. They had a decent amount of fun sections, from the total wipe-out assault course, bouncing basketball to a 20-30 m open area filled with trampolines.

First time visiting for my daughter birthday and I’m over the moon with how great the facilities and staff are! Our party host Sam went above and beyond and kept the children entertained from start to finish he couldn’t of been more helpful thank you Sam ! Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone and I’ll be returning in future. Couldn’t fault it !

Quite expensive at £11 an hour for each child, plus £2 for socks. Small charge for adults in arena. Arena looked clean and tidy. Food upstairs is OK. Coffee is good. Kids enjoyed it.

My son went to a party here, and he loved every minute of it. Staff were kind, the trampoline and foam areas are nice a big. There are 3 side rooms for parties and a dining area up the top of the stairs looking on to the trampoline and foam areas.

Keeps the children occupied for a while with an amount of areas to entertain. Food is acceptable, but the toilets are very poor. Can't speak for the male toilets but my children have told me they're not great. Womens are dirty, broken, and unkempt. They're definitely not great if you are a much larger carer/parent/guardian as you will most likely not be able to get into the cubicles as they are incredibly small. Also not great if you need to take a pushchair or buggy in to change a child's nappy. Simply no room.

Great day yesterday at Airea51 for my sons 7th birthday party. Read the mixed reviews from here before booking but was really happy with how it all went. Jenson was our party host and he was brilliant! Everything ran smoothly and he kept all the kids busy and entertained. Party room was very clean with plenty of space for the children. I will definitely recommend to friends for children of a similar age.

Super busy, they need to limit how many kids are around, just for space. Also, need to clear tables more quickly if it is like this. The children in the little kid's area were ever so loud, and today, we were sitting right next to it. Maybe for the area to move somewhere else so the parents could have some quiet?? More to that, covid is on the rise and we need to be more careful of contact with people. Absolutely ridiculous today.

Our 5 year old son’s birthday was at airea 51. The entire experience was hassle free. Very accommodating. Facilities were excellent. Our host (Reece) was particularly good and generally made the day go well. Thank you for a great day. We would definitely come back

Great place to keep the children entertained especially on cold, wet days. Friendly, helpful staff and you get a full safety briefing before being let loose onto the play area. There is an upstairs Café overlooking the play area.

Great place for the kids to run around I would rate it 5 stars but for the cafeteria. The play area is clean tidy and well managed/monitored by the staff. The cafe staff are polite and friendly but could do with some managerial input, the tables took an age to be cleared leaving people to sit at dirty tables with left overs on. Not the best normally but not acceptable during a pandemic.

Children's birthday party. We'll organised by our host Sam who was great and main reason for 4 stars. Plenty for the children to do, lots of bouncing and running about. Party Food was terrible, pizza, hotdogs and burger with chips. Even the children struggled to eat it. Overall they had a good time and would go back but prepare for hungry kids after!

The girls had a great work out at AIRea51. They felt the variety of activities and level of challenge was better than another local trampoline centre. The assault course was a big highlight. The meal deal included in the jump session was a positive feature of the ticket price. All staff were friendly and cheerful but the cafe and seating area could do with a spring clean though.

Took our 2.5yr old daughter here over the weekend, our first time here, and it was fantastic, she loved every minute, squealing with delight the entire time! Very sensible to have a toddler only session as I think the little ones would just be knocked about if older children were allowed in at the same time. Will certainly be back very soon!

Toddler hour today.... Amazing!!! Hand sanitizer every where, temperature checks, masks in reception area and great social distance with staff. Staff should be congratulated for the efforts they put in and company owners. Order and pay for food via app which is great and very clean. However.. Unfortunately the food took forever to arrive, drinks forgotten. Kids snack boxes were OK but £3+ for 1 slice of bacon in a basic roll isn't what you'd expect for the price. Would of been 5* but for the cafe waiting time (we were the only orders) and food vs price

Don had a great time but tables are not cleaned and wiped down regularly. We had to ask for cleaning spray and cloth to wipe the table from the previous customers. The assistant didn't offer to clean it, not very Covid safe.

Fantastic place for kids to blow of stream . I booked to take my son to a SEN session...1 hour no banging music, not over crowded and adults allowed on for free. He gave it 11/10 and cant wait to go back ! Staff very welcoming and helpful.

SUPERB! Spent 3 hours here on Saturday 11th January, our first visit and we weren't disappointed! Started on the Clip & Climb with 4 children - this is a new area with climbing walls and a stairway - well worth a visit on its own! Challenges vary so suitable for all ages (our kids 4-7). All the safety equipment is new and there are enough members of staff so you can enjoy the fun also. One particular member of staff really helped my daughter up one of the climbing walls, and she has always been a little bit scared of climbing. Then went onto the bouncing - there is tonnes of variety so you make your way around the different features. For any mums/dads thinking off getting their application off to ninja warrior, there is an area where you can test your skills... :) Staff are helpful when needed right the way through the place. For those who want a coffee, the cafe is well stocked and there is a good food menu which is really well priced. The only downside is trying to get your kids out of the place because they enjoyed it so much. Will be recommending to all my friends! Awesome!

Took my daughter when visiting family. Very good entertainment, the kids loved it. Food and drink are very reasonably priced. There is a viewing gallery / cafe at the top so you can keep an eye on the kids. Staff were friendly, all in branded clothing so you easily find them and there were lots of staff to help the kids. Highly recommended

The cafe is fairly well priced too, especially with cheap refils on tea and coffee. Everything is always clean, tidy and looks well maintained. It's an amazing place. My wife and kids had so much fun. Only downside for myself is being disabled. There was no lift to get up to the cafe. Only stairs. There was a small accessible seating area by reception. But it was lower than the trampolines so you cannot watch or keep an eye on your kids. And no facilities to get drinks downstairs either. Overall tho they had a good time

Great place for the kids and we'll adults too if you are for enough. Not keen on the coffee in the resturant and think there is a bit of a language barrier sometimes but apart from that I would recommend this place for taking the kids. If it's winter rime you go and you plan to watch then take a jacket as its quite cold if you re just sitting down. Staff are friendly enough and your kids will definitely have fun.

Great for kids of all ages very clean. Make sure you pay online to avoid charges. the lockers are £1 each and if you need to go into them again you lose your pound which is a bit annoying. They do have free ones but locks never work (or may be me not understanding) such good exercise for parents too. Had a great time all round.

Great for burning off excess energy and a good size space. Parking is not great and the car park could do with redesigning. Also the eating facilities are reasonable but they need to focus on cleaning tables during busy periods: lots of staff standing around in the kitchen area whilst tables require clearing. Overall it's quite a good facility and I would recommend it.

Great for kids, very noisy and often hard to find somewhere to sit whilst waiting. Cafe area is very reasonable. Kids have to arrive early to watch a safety video which is good and they provide logo socks with a grip foc. Lots of the employees seem to ve bouncing rather than watching but maybe they are told to join in. Been to a few parties here food is served in themed room (murals on walls) its basic (chips, hotdogs, goujons, squash) but what kids like to eat, so do recommend.

Fantastic fun for kids of all ages. Extremely safe, clean and a very high standard of quality. The staff are cool, fun, professional and polite at all times. The food in the cafe upstairs is amazing, usually places like only provide small portions but AIRea51 burgers and hotdogs are huge and very reasonably priced. We've had a great time and will be back soon, thanks to all the staff.

It isn't like this every time, but last time I went, the instructors there were two boys and a girl that did nothing but mess around. At one point they were walking round giving each other piggy backs. They also need to be aware of what music they are playing on the speakers, because at one point the rudest music was played that was DEFINITELY not suitable for children. And you could tell that they noticed because it quickly turned off. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the trampolines, air bag and foam pits.

The place itself is great fun, reasonable prices though parties work out expensive; the cafe is expensive and during busy times there's long queues, dirty tables and overflowing bins! Toilets are also usually messy and a bit stinky! In this heat it's ridiculously hot too, cafe area had no windows open until I opened them. I understand the need for the safety demo though it feels a tad overkill when a frequent visitor. Staff on the whole are lovely though a bit of professionalism and customer service training would be beneficial.

The activity itself is good value for money but the facilities are horrendous. Disabled parking is normally taken by people who can't be arsed to walk and when I went with my disabled daughter I had to walk her from the other end of the car park and not one of the cars had badges in the window. Queues for food and drink are massive and be prepared to wait an hour if you order anything. Cafe is upstairs and there is no lift so I had to carry my daughter and she's 6 so not exactly easy to carry. So fun for the kids but not so much for the parents and disabled visitors. What makes me laugh is they actually have SEN sessions but no lift. Ok if you don't plan on actually doing anything but bounce.

Regularly take the my kid to the toddler sessions and it's excellent! Loads of freedom and great for him to start up. I just don't understand why you have to watch that safety brief every single time and get covered in paper wristbands, one to say you've paid and one to say you've recited the safety brief like the pledge of allegiance...again.

It's OK but not disabled friendly at all as my grandsons 2nd birthday party was held upstairs which meant you have to climb up a flight of stairs. But as i was nearly 60 n my mum is in her 90s, I had to sit downstairs with her where it was cold and drafty while his cake was lit and presented to him which we had to miss out on.

Went as a group of 9, we all had a blast and kept saying it was worth the money. ...It was even worth the sore limbs for a couple of days afterwards. The only downside is they don't have a changing room, which would have come in handy as we all had went from work and wanted to change.

Went here this evening and it was fantastic we all really enjoyed it. Me and my partner are in mid 30's and then we went with 2 teenagers and it was none stop fun the whole time. The hour soon flies past and to be honest I was pretty much ready to stop when the hour was called. The facilities were perfect, a couple of apparatus was out of order but there was usually something similar to use instead, but it didnt detract from the visit at all. Everything is laid out great and some fun things to do. I enjoyed the reaction wall the best... I got a score of 64... beat that!!!! There are free lockers for your keys and phone. Go and do it, it is fab!!

Attended for a children's birthday party. The party room was sparse and bland/neutral while the toddler play area was adequate for use. Too many other children almost spoiled the experience with inadequate staff management to curb boisterous behavior. The few 'rules' customers had to agree to prior to use seemed to not be enforced once customers were in the facility.

Good fun for all ages. The Cafè is not bad either. My Childeren have had birthday parties here and attended some here too. Look out for the eels to save you a few pound on both the jump and party booking.

Good facilities, kids 9 and 11 really enjoy it here, but... The marshalling of the jump area is really poor, kids are left to run, push and wrestle causing a hazard to those not expecting such behaviour. Staff are often entertaining themselves in small groups on the equipment, or simply ignoring the rule breaking. The catering is a bit of a shambles. In the 3 visits made there has only been one staff member serving, which includes taking orders and preparing drinks. The Bounce and Eat option has communication break-downs, with no order details passed on to the kitchen and no announcement made for when food is ready, followed by a scrum from those waiting once it is presented. Drinks are way over-priced. A tiny (approx 150ml) Americano is £2.50. I pay less for a full serving at Costa or similar. There is no hot water in the loos ( boy's at least), tv's mounted on the walls have unfixed cables hanging down to meet loose extension leads and other loose wires are to be found dotted around. In the interests of fairness I will however repeat that my kids really enjoy it and am happy to state that the equipment looks fab and appears to be in good condition and well constructed. For those not bopping around in grippy socks, the above issues could do with being addressed.

There is loads of variety to bounce, jump, and climb on. My four kids ranging from 5 to 9 years old had a great time. It's a shame they don't have any full sized trampolines, though. Having a larger family it was quite expensive for an hour - £60 - and you have to wear their socks, even though we already had trampoline socks.

Kids love this place, no doubt about it BUT we went to a disco session saturday night 6-8pm £12 per child supposed to include a mini slush and hot dog around 7pm. Not enough staff serving in the cafe upstairs, also not enough marshalls supervising kids on the arena. At one point I was looking for a marshall and I couldn't see one! After queuing for 20 minutes in cafe for food, at 7.15 I was told free hot dogs still not ready. There was one young man serving in the cafe, very stressed and unhappy, with another young colleague chatting to a customer (who she seemed to know) keep telling him to smile. In the time I left my 12 year old lad to queue for the food there was an incident in the foam pit which my lad had to report. Kids love it but not enough staff to keep children safe.

It's ok. But every little bit could just be better delivered. Staff can be behave a little oddly, a little defensive and the onsite cafe could be so much more and just disappoints really. An injection of business direction for the way in which it hosts in these areas could make a massive difference to what is a brilliant activity and for its primary function of bouncing around, well designed. Just need to step everything else up a notch to provide a better and wider package to those seeking the experience.

Good time,felt the pricing was abit much, also before you enter you have to watch a video on what you can and can't do.....my son watched a staff member bounce on a trampoline then grabbed onto a steel support.....I personally never saw that in the safety video....at the same time it's not a good example to set to our younger generation..... toilets,cafe,locker area....
