The children's classes are such good fun they don't even realise they are learning. My kids started training here when they were only five and seven (now ten and twelve). Over those years, Resolute has improved their fitness, built confidence, and taught them modesty and humility. After seeing their progress, I joined the adult session, worried at first that about to turn Fifty; I was just too old. Not the case; I am now benefiting from starting to learn the same lessons my children have. I highly recommend Resolute Bjj, great community, camaraderie and teaching whatever your age.
