Krav Maga, when taught how the Israelis intended, is the most effective and practical real world self defence system. I have studied various martial arts over the years but have found that the FTS instructor team (who are themselves are trained by the Israelis) provide the very best teaching in terms of realism and professionalism. The friendly, supportive and inclusive class environment means students to learn whilst having fun. Both my daughters train at the club and this has given them practical skills, self confidence and a good release for their energy! FTS classes are highly recommended.

Awesome class, with superb instruction. I’ve done martial arts for many years, but Krav Maga is by far the most effective discipline of self defence out there. FTS are a registered affiliate of IKMF in Israel, so you know that the situational instruction you’ll receive is of the highest standard.

Great class for fitness and learning real life self defense. Paul is a great instructor and breaks down the techniques to make it easy to understand. He also puts these techniques into everyday situations they may arise on the street, pub or even at home. Great class where safety in training is always top priority but making it realistic as possible

Paul is a vastly experienced instructor with great practical advice and skills on how to deal with everyday potential issues you may face in the real world. If you are local to this area I would strongly advise, no matter what age or skill level (even beginner) to try out Krav Maga.
