My son joined MCMA at the age of 6 and the skills, discipline, determination and respect he has been taught has been incredible. My son loves his training and credit and encouragement is always given to the pupils. It’s a wonderful school for all ages to train, learn and to keep safe. The instructors are very friendly, encouraging and professional throughout. I would highly recommend MCMA.

My two boys (5 and 3) attend classes at MCMA. David Hall and the team are fantastic with them. They really enjoy the classes which are a perfect mix of fun, fitness and discipline. Fantastic club, I can’t recommend it highly enough.

My kids (11, 9 and 6) started martial arts at MCMA in Watford and South Oxhey this year and I've trained here myself in the past. David Hall an outstanding teacher, fantastic with kids and a lovely guy. He and his excellent team take time to properly explain techniques with the right balance of fun and discipline (when needed) with a clear, concise, accessible and well structured syllabus. This is proper practical self defence and martial arts. New skills are put into practice from day one in a safe and nurturing environment. A mix of boxing, thai, bjj, judo and krav. I've seen some pretty impressive kids come through the school over the last 5 or 6 years. I was honoured to be invited to watch my kids first grading a few months ago and the transformation from clueless to yellow belt is truly impressive (my younger were very anxious and apprehensive about doing any form of martial arts/ contact sports, much like I was - and I'm so happy they love it). Very intense but all the kids performed amazingly well. Really high standards across the board. The kind of quality you don't find in many martial arts schools (and I've trained at many schools over the past 30+ years). A testament to Dave and his team. These are important life skills these kids are learning. So thanks once again🙏🏾. Unreservedly, without hesitation 100% recommended for kids and adults. No ego, no attitude, friendly and inclusive. Please try it out, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The whole family trains here. My children do the saturday class within the watford unit, very profession and 100% covid safe measures being implemented the children 4 & 6 absolutely love the class. The ladies kick boxing class on a tuesday is amazing you will not find a better class to let loose, enjoy the training and learn how to defend yourself again very professional and 100% covid safe measures being implemented. Family friendly and 100% recommend MCMA to anyone who is looking to train in a variety of martial art forms.

Great classes, especially the Tuesday women's kickboxing classes. The instructors are helpful and friendly, and the classes are a great mix of technique & fitness, would highly recommend!
