L. D.My son (10) was experiencing low self esteem and low confidence. I contacted Vici tuition and they recommended a 6 week course learning the STILL method with Karen. By the end of week 2 the difference in my son was already noticable and by the end of the course he is a much more settled, confident and relaxed person. Karen has such a relaxed and friendly manner that instantly puts people at ease which meant that my son enjoyed all of the sessions. He has also learnt tools that he can go back to when needed in future situations. Thank you Karen and the rest of the team!

This is a really practical and engaging course with a variety of techniques to combat anxiety and indecisiveness in moving forwards. The range of techniques were diverse, applicable and easy to use in every day situations. The course was carried in a relaxed, yet supportive manner, but was a lot of fun at the same time!
