M. C.I usually buy from clarks because their foot wear are nice and original. This branch is very convenient because the parking is very close to the shops.
The staff are very helpful and they always ask you if you want any help.
However, I was dissapointed when the models I wanted were not available at this branch. They referred me to Milton Keynes Central branch.

My need,s were met in every way .. which included being given a box for my old shoe,s as i wanted to continue wearing the new shoe,s . To have the right fitting shoe,s you must visit clarke,s to get your feet mesured correctly for healthy feet .. defo 5 star,s
S. f. B.Had an appointment for the children's school shoes. Didn't have to wait at all. The young lady serving me was lovely and friendly and patient. Not a huge choice for the boys in their sizes but we did get a pair, probably a blessing in disguise!

R.Rishi was superb - explained all available stock, sourced the shoes I'd requested efficiently and without delay and beyond this, he then presented me with a pair that I hadn't even previously considered and that ended up being the pair I left with. All of this within a matter of about 10 minutes which is just my style - a fast shop is a fun shop! P.s I NEVER leave reviews but felt I must on this occasion as customer service like this is increasingly underrated and non existent. Thanks again Rishi
D. d.Store is very clean and staff are great. My only reason for not scoring 5 stars is they have nothing in stock for my sons school shoe size in shop or online every pair we looked at no stock
R. B.Although it was very busy when we went and we didn't realise that it would be advised to book a slot, we had to take a ticket and wait for our number to come up on the screen. About 45 minutes wait. The member of staff that served us was brilliant very helpful and friendly, service with a smile. Left with a happy little girl with her new shoes.
R. C.Booked a time slot for a child's fitting service but had to wait an awfully long time (over one hour), it seemed to be a little understaffed today for what was clearly going to be one of the busiest weekends of the year.
The assistant who served us was friendly, professional and informative.
