I always wanted to buy a Docs. The staff here helped me a great deal finding the right size (a standard one size down from the common brands) and explained me about the material and how to maintain it. Many thanks to the staff for making my first docs purchase more memorable with their excellent customer service. A lovely bunch, indeed!

It has been a long time since I have owned a pair of Dr Martens boots, probably over 20 years now. I'm going to guess that I'm not the target demographic and I would be disappointed if I was. The selection in store was beyond what I would have expected, when we were there, there were a number of kids getting fitted and they looked class in glitter boots. We were there with our daughter as after a very rough first year at secondary school, it looks like things are going really well and she has wanted a pair forever. Personally, after looking through the selection I was rather taken by the burgundy vegan pair which while looking bullet proof also looked like they could with stand nuclear war. If I get myself a new pair in the future these will be mine though I imagine after two weeks they will look like a map of Norway. The staff were really patient with my daughter, going through what was in store for bespoke designed DMs, through original DMs to soft leather DMs which were the ones we finally decided to go for. The member of staff who took us through the options we had, I feel that they took us to the correct option for my daughter and it was potentially one I would have not recommended. The member of staff then took us through the process of ordering the DM we wanted online as the exact size we wanted was not in store. On the whole we had a very good experience. Now I have to say that if you want to see upstairs in the shop and you have any mobility issues then you are unlikely to be able to get up there. That said I did not see anything upstairs that was not downstairs.

After previous purchases at this particular store I had no doubts about taking my toddler to have her feet measured again. Speical thanks to Lola for welcoming my little one and supplying her with her new boots. It was a no fuss experience with a friendly team of staff. I would recommend a visit and would happily return in the future.

I created this account specifically to leave this review - that’s how blown away I am by this cute shop and the fabulous customer service! Wednesday afternoon my partner and I visited the shop along with our 2 boys (we’re from California and visited the Belfast store as the $ are a lot better) I was served by a young lady - the sales slip says ‘Orlaith’ one word - WOW. A young lady who admirably loves her job. We bought our boys a pair of boots each which she helped us picked out and ensured we were satisfied with everything. From start to finish she made us feel more than comfortable in the store - The boys tried on multiple shoes which she noticeably had to climb a mountain of stairs and not once did she make us feel that we were a pain! A very pleasant young girl I’m glad she was there to help! Everyone visit this store you won’t regret it! Keep up the good work Orlaith. I’ll be visiting again when I’m back in Ireland :) the boys love the boots!!

Called in this afternoon and got what I was looking for. Staff member that served us was knowledgeable and friendly. No hard sell, just a genuine interest in getting things right for us. Not sure of his name, the receipt has 'employee' listed as Dillion and 'SA' as Luke. Search out the young guy with curly hair and glasses!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Bought a pair of Adrians around 6/7 months ago and sole on one shoe had come away from the shoe. Went in store to ask advice and they were kindly able to replace. Very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff.

This is a very well laid out shop, premium items and good selection available. Staff member was very helpful, obviously thinking he had a guaranteed sale. When we said the shoes didn't suit, his attitude changed completely, turned his nose up, said few words and walked off with the items. Let's just put it down to (his) inexperience and immaturity in customer service, but either way, it wouldn't encourage us to return.

Was in during my lunch break on the 11th of June. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes. Astonishingly good customer service! The dark haired guy who served me could not have been more helpful, got me out 6 pairs to try on without grumbling, took time to explain the different leathers used on the various shoes, made me feel like he genuinely cared that I got the right shoes to meet my tastes and needs, took time to explain returns policies, gave me free polish and protector. Never once did I feel like he was pushing me to purchase something I didn't want. Oh and the shoes are great too!!

Bought a pair of the black patent crocodile brogues yesterday and LOVE them, can be dressed up or down plus you can walk on ice without slipping - not bad at all!! The guy who served me was lovely and will definitely be back!!
