Had a lovely experience in-store today. Was shopping with my young daughter and was aware of a man who was obviously on drugs or something who was also in store. An assistant was bringing him shoes after shoes, being very gracious and attentive to him till he left. I later found out she's the manager Karen as I couldn't help but compliment her on how she handled what could have been a very difficult situation. Karen said that she preferred to deal with the man herself rather than leave it to the younger staff. Lovely lady and my daughter got fab converse too.

Had a super experience in store this week with a girl called Anna. She was very helpful and got me sorted with shoes. I will definitely be back, there was a great range of trendy shoes for older customers.

I was in store today and bought some lovely new Converse, which happened to be in the sale. The ladies working were attentive, friendly and very efficient. I’m giving three stars due to the fact they didn’t have any air conditioning, and it was so hot I thought I was going to pass out.

Visited just before Christmas and suprising it was quite quiet, few staff on and just a few customers. Dispite this I had a longer than expected wait as most appeared to be only one member of staff actually serving, the rest just loitered in the shop. Dispite this got what I came for and price was what I had expected

With the increasingly-restricted choice of clothing and footwear in Belfast, Office has become one of the better choices especially if you like Doctor Martens!
