Y. Z.Slightly disorganised. Shoe sizes are mixed. You have to double check even triple check to makes sure you are getting a pair that are the same size. Pricing is not clear. Customer services leaves alot to be desired from some of the staff. At closing time they want you out no hanging around. You are literally dragged out. I'm Not in a hurry to go back. Apparently they have some good bargains. I didn't see any.
P. S.Always helpful staff, they are very ok with going here and there for another pair of shoes, do measures, and last time I visit I've been there 15 mins prior closing and they still been ok with this! I didn't felt any irritation about that what is surprising. They still help my son get new pair of school shoes. Absolutely love this place.

F. B.Clarks is known as a comfort zone. Meaning all they shoes are comfortable. It's one of my favourite stores to buy shoes. Go to Clarks if you are looking for comfortable shoes to wear. They have adults shoes and children shoes too!

M. A.I like Clarks, but this one is an outlet store (in 1 stop shopping centre) so you won't find the usual range and level of customer services compared to their other stores.
However, they have many cheap shoes here. Cheap in price and quality. If you want something quick and cheap and don't mind too much about fashion and looks then this is your place.
I'd give this 5 stars for price and 2 stars for quality.

I don't think they actually make their own shoes anymore, certainly the quality is not the same. Worth looking in the sale...
