The assistant didn't know the line of Adidas trainers I was after and they didn't have them anyway but he was still polite. It's a nice shop but it's dark and small. I still purchased something else and the assistant who served me was very pleasant.

Stacked high with high prices! Staff are mostly students so expect student behaviour i.e more talking and larking about. No one really seem bothered apart from the team manager who was doing most of the work.

Love footasylum as I do JD for my clothes gave a wide range to choose from and trainer staff are helpful and just an overall good environment to be in

I wasn't impressed with their sale items as l felt they were not value for money. The shop assistance appeared unhappy and they don't have much flexibility when you bring something back with receipt a day LATE despite the evidence of an unexpected bereavement.
