Decent shoe selection and a pretty good sale. The only problem is the staff are no very helpful. The lady that served me acted like she did not understand what...I need a bigger size meant. ..and disappeared out the back for a while .... she eventually came back with the shoe I asked for. They fit great so i bought them. They were out at the back for me to pay and no one knew ....it was weird....communication people! Get trained on it!

Great selection of footwear, the staff were very helpful and had the Nike air Max 90's that I wanted that no other ship had. They also offer blue light discount.

The shop is fine, but you're so much better off shopping with office online. I've had no problems having shoes delivered in store, or returning them!

I came in today which was very busy given its the school holidays. The store was very crowded but I quickly found the heels I had been looking for, a sales assistant noticed that I was looking at my phone to check that I was holding the pair of shoes I wanted and she came over and asked if I needed any help. She was incredibly helpful and kind, explaining that the shoes I wanted weren't available in my size but that I could try them on in another colour and then she would order the correct pair for me. She walked me through ordering the shoes to the store and honored the online sale price too which was £12 less than in store. I wish I had gotten her name as her service on a very busy day was simply wonderful I would highly recommend!
