S. F.Excellent service. Took my mum who had a stroke recently and needed physio approved footwear. Julie was outstanding. Yes you need to be prepared to wait, but we were all acknowledged and engaged as we waited. And it took time to serve my mum because (as with many of the customers I suspect), she has particular mobility needs. I disagree that it is pricey. Not compared with many fashion shoes, which won't last half as long. We will definitely use them again.
