The footwear sold in Russell and Bromley is class footwear. Wonderful leather and styles. First visit to Birmingham branch and staff were as good as their shoes. Lovely young man served me and he couldn't have been nicer or more obliging. This young man is a credit to who ever trained him and an example of how shop attendants should be. Will definitely go here again on next visit to Birmingham.
