Very friendly and helpful staff, they just repaired a boot that another high street repairer had made a bad job of, both the zip and the pull tag at the rear of the boot all within 30 minutes (the high street repairer had my boot for 2 weeks). great repair, also cut a few keys for me. Very reasonable price, would highly recommend

The customer service here really goes above and beyond! I had been looking for a selfie stick for a couple of weeks. Just one of the cheap ones. I have a note phone so the pen can be used to take the photo so I didn't need a fancy Bluetooth one. NOWHERE sold a simple one. On the high Street they had none and all online retailers such as Amazon and Ebay were only selling the Bluetooth ones for £8 and up. As a last attempt, I tried here. He told me had had one but he needed his wife to grab it when she came in so could I come back. I went back the next day and Lowe and behold, they presented me with one and wanted nothing for it! Like I said, above and beyond!

The google maps location is wrong! its across the street next to Iceland not next to cake box like on google maps. otherwise great service, needed some keys cut, just thought id write a comment in case anyone else was lost like me.

Took in a very old pair of Gortex boots for repair that I had been wearing at the allotment. The top of the boots needed re-sewing, the zips pulls needed to be replaced, the soles and heels also needed replacing and they were badly scuffed. I am so please, they now look almost new and are now my go to autumn ankle boots to wear with jeans. Thank you Swan shoe Repairs

Wonderful service and reasonable price. I always find that they able to take on any task small or large. Always very helpful and receive goods back in good time never have to go twice. I love the place as they doing clothes alterations, shoe repairs,watch repairs,battery change,key cutting and engraving all under one roof. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Such friendly and efficient service. I'm a trainee doctor and wanted my stethoscope personalised with an engraving. I recognised that this was a more uncommon request, but they managed it with no problem and the end result was fantastic. As soon as I need any keys cut (I do have a habit of losing them) or shoe repairs taking care of, this will definitely be my go-to place from now on.

Wonderful and friendly service at all times, beautiful work done on all repairs including bags, belts, shoes and clothing. My dad's shoes looked worn out without hope however they were completely revived and looked better than new upon collection! Can't beat Nash's work, he's passionate and willing to face a challenge and it shows in whatever he repairs. Truly a one of a kind service!

Certainly don't agree with the comment about it being a rip-off - the prices here are what you would pay at Simpsons or Mr Mint "but" the big difference here is that you get a quality repair with superior materials carried out to a very high standard. I had my ( men's brogue ) shoes re-heeled - Last time I did it I went to the shoe repairers in the Swan Centre opposite Tesco where I had the "roughest" job done, the replacement heels were just stapled in place - in the shoddiest, untidiest way possible - in fact it put me off having shoes re-heeled. So this time I asked the wife to find somewhere else. Fortunately, she found this Guy in Acocks Green - I am nothing short of "impressed" with how the replacement heels have been fitted - and the shoe finished off - an absolutely great job - clearly done with pride ! ( If you want cheap and shoddy go elsewhere - you won't get that here ! ) Well worth the money !

I almost had a panic attack some years ago when I found out Swan Shoe Repairs had moved from the Swan. I'm so thankful I found them again. This man has been repairing my shoes for years. My shoe wardrobe largely consists of very high end designer pieces with very thin stiletto heels. The only people I'd ever trust with them are the designers themselves, or, Naresh at the Swan. His skills are simply amazing - second to none. I have a particular pair that after just ten seconds, managed to violently trash the needle thin heels in an escalator. They were beyond fixing... Or so I thought... Naresh repaired them so perfectly, I swear he remade the whole shoe. He charged so little considering the work involved, I think I paid him double. They're so polite and helpful in there, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Over the years I've sent all my friends and family to him and they feel the same. If I've never said it before, Naresh and Sushma, you're the best! Thank you.

Swan Shoe Repairs is a little oasis of lovely service and a 'can do' attitude. I travel for work a lot and use very robust flexible Mountain Gear luggage. One corner had a hole that needed repairing, but i thought it could not be fixed. I took it in to Swan and Naresh said "Leave it with me". Two hours later I got a call from him saying "it's ready". And what a brilliant repair job. Not glued but stitched. Brilliant!.

I purchased some gents thick moleskin trousers on-line. When I received them I found the cut of the trousers were too wide at the hems. I needed to get them tapered in order to wear them socialising. I took them to Swan Trio and the tailoress there did a fantastic job tapering them to my specifications. I am so pleased with the service and happy to recommend Swan Trio for clothing alterations.
