M. W.Popped in to find a pair of work shoes. Greeted at the door then left to browse while I found what I wanted. A good selection of shoes which is what Clarks are renowned for. Was assisted by a lady called Ruth who helped with the fitting and served at the till with no fuss. Young lady with dark hair and glasses who I think was the manager quite chatty and friendly while I was at the till a much better experience than a lot of other shops.

Г. С.Going to the shop was such a lovely positive experience, I was served by a very friendly girl called Ivon, she was extremely careful and patient. She really helped me find the perfect pair of boots, offering a size and model range, waiting for me and giving genuine advice on how they fit! Would definitely recommend going there!!!
L. 9.I had to go in four shops to find shoes that fit and in the end, went back to Clarks because it was only place where the staff took that extra step to help. Although they didn't have the shoe in the size I wanted, the female assistant who attended me was polite, friendly and helpful and so I bought a 'stop-gap' shoe that will serve until I have the time to get the one I want and most importantly, I will go back there to get my next pair. On top of that, store was calm and tidy and not plastered with huge brightly coloured signs everywhere like some places which helps when you're stressed going from one shop to another.
A. A.Very expensive merchandise, but good quality. The staff is extraordinary. The lady that assisted us was polite, friendly and patient. She brought different styles and sizes as we asked until we found the perfect shoes.

C.Clarks are reliable for good quality, but not cheap, shoes. One very efficient lady running the shop when we were there. She was rushed off her feet and it would have been easy for someone to walk out without paying.
