T. M.Wasn't greeted that great but that lady (who didn't want to serve us when I said we are going to keep you busy lol) then went and got us a colleague called Sarah, she was a joy, helpful, funny, and because of that we spent just shy of £300, all staff should be like her.
M. C.While in Bournemouth town centre on Sunday 23/12, I ordered a pair of black gortex boots in the sale. They didn’t have the stock in store so a pair were ordered to my house. As I’m a size ‘6’ the lady suggested with only 2 in stock I might not have my order fulfilled... and to allow extra time for delivery. But on Christmas Eve, the next day 😳 my boots arrived!! I am very impressed with this fast service. I was able to enjoy my naughty indulgent gift to myself on Christmas Day... I already have a pair of these boots in the brown 🙈😆
