After coming in with an old and rather oddly shaped bicycle key, the gentleman working behind the counter in the repair shop very kindly ordered in some keys for me to see if they could find the exact one I was looking for. Throughout their service the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, time-wise. Their perseverance paid off and we finally got a key to fit my lock. Thank you for being so set on helping me! Would highly recommend this service.

After a number of disappointing visits to more well known shoe shops who did a job that just didn't last, I stumbled upon Moors. They have been brilliant to date, bringing new life to my old walking boots as well as more formal boots and shoes. The Vibram material they use lasts much longer than the cheap stuff from competitors. I have been so impressed with the service received so far, that I have continued to drop shoes into Moore's on trips back to Poole, despite now living in North Dorset.

Snapped my van key in a Friday morning using it as a tin opener 🤯 Moors couriered a new blank to the shop by Saturday morning at a very good rate.. Main dealer 10 working days and special key codes etc. Silly money. Moors shoe repair very recommended thay cover a wide range of car and van key blanks and key fobs 10/10👍👍 Jon

Don't usually review, however I felt it's only fair on this occasion. Incredibly knowledgable young chap, who explained why I needed to spend £200 to repair my 10 year old Loake loafers as the previous repair shop in Canary Wharf had destroyed them. Painful amount to spend on a repair, however i'm not exaggerating when I say they are now good as new, with at least another decade in them. More than happy to support such fantastic craftsmanship! Thank you

Excellent service. I had two pairs of winter boots reheeled and one pair resoled as well-they now look like brand new boots for a fraction of the cost of buying new! Would definitely recommend this business. I googled it as I wanted to support a good business in my area...there were 3 closer to me but with less favourable reviews so I was happy to drive that little bit further and it was definitely worth that extra distance.
