H. C.I have to return a faulty pair ordered online to my local Bournemouth branch. The staff served me didn't apology or feel sorry at all for any inconvenience has occurred.
N.It's taken me 4 visits to office to get the correct fitting shoes, as all brands seem to come up different in length and width but it was worth the wait. My office boots were £70 to £40. Such good quality and comfort. Also bought some Nike's £85 down to 50. Very pleased
